I have stayed 2 nights in Puri Minggiran. This place very comfort yet homy. If you find guesthouse or homestay with very affordable price but still have good facilities like room with AC, unshared bathroom with water heater, TV, Free Wifi and breakfast this place is the best one. Their staff very friendly and helpful. It's near from several sight seeing in Jogjakarta like Alun Alun Selatan, Malioboro, Taman Sari and Kraton Jogja but this place isn't located in crowded area like Malioboro but this place still easy to find.
