We’ve just returned from a short stay at this hotel whilst attending the Hungary Grand Prix. Perfectly positioned for this purpose. Approximately £25 taxi either into the city or to the airport. The hotel is situated 200metres from the train station. There’s a large supermarket 1 stop along, and then it’s 3 more stops to the courtesy buses that take you to the Hungaroring track, or on into the city. The hotel owner is very welcoming and hospitable. He’s generous and kind. The food on the menu is tasty and varied. Breakfast is a typical continental affair: cold meats, cheeses, omelettes. The room we had was basic but had good AC and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There’s a little kitchenette for customers to use which has tea & coffee. In general, I would recommend.
