It's amazing have this view I'm from of my room ... The employees around are amazing and they will help you no matter what. You have few drinks, ice cream store, cinema and restaurants around. Also you can use public transportation or a taxi.

The place is nice and convinient. Stayed an extra 4 days it was and is worth it. There is washer and dryer on each floor. Recommend this place 5 stars.

we have 3 days to stay in this place. The manager was nice and respond immidiatly to our needs. Great person and worker. The night time security was excellent also.

Even though at my arrival the apartment wasn't quite ready, the manager and his people did everything in their power to make it up to me and brought in all that was missing like sheets, towels, pots and pans etc.  Very pleasant staff.  The doorman at the building was not always readily available and I only had 1 key for 2 people, so I had to count on him to get in.  Overall a good experience.  I would stay there again.

The area, Malecon, has most of the major hotel chains, but there was surprisingly little to do. There are not very many restaurants, and very few banks and other services, and very few tourist attractions.The room is in an apartment building, so there is a full kitchen and free laundry on some floors.

This condo is located by restaurants, shopping, casinos, museums, and a cute kids park. You can walk along the malic on and take in a beautiful view from the condo itself. It was ver clean and accessible .

It's not a hotel,you are renting an apartment, so there is no service to rate really. There is a guard in the lobby and a gated parking area. Very close to the ocean, but the street noise is quite loud. The manager is very nice, we had a problem with the refrigerator & a repair man was sent out that day. I was very happy with the apartment, washing machines are on each floor& a dry cleaners on the first floor if you prefer. There's a small food store just outside the gate, & restaurant across the street.

It was better than all previous occasions. Perhaps management is now more focused.

hotel aids need a list of basic items to be in place before the traveler arrives. there was no Toilette paper nor was there any soap when I arrived. If this is corrected things should be OK.

Great location, great parking, room need clean and updated new furniture, refrigerator update,living room couch need to be in garbage is very dirty, rooms strong unpleasant odor, manager try his best to resolve issues but they need to be resolve before guest arrive.

January getaway

Nice View and Location

High recomanded this place and the price is great!

Hi, I stayed  at this  facility while on a business trip. I should say that the  place feels very secure, security always checking who comesinand out; it has it’s  iown garage, which is excellent  since parking is very difficult ariund that area. The management was very pleasant  as well as the Securities and other personnel.  About the apt: it was clean , decent size for two people.  It needs a little more care indeed. For example, the stove was terribly  rusted/ oxidized- not good impresión to start.  One of the A/c did not work.  Many attempts were made to correct the problem however it was not resolved.  There was a sofa bed in the living room- did not pulled out; management was informed - they answered “ oh, it does not pulled out “... how nice!!! Right?
I did not want to make a big deal about it but, it was not a pleasant experience. Those are details that make a big difference. In my opinion - which is based on 
evidence;  management  should make sure to give customers good impresión of the place and make them feel confortable and happy during their  stay.  The best marketing is the one pas on from  people to people “ word of mouth “, one person tell the other and so forth...Thank you...

Business trip

The apartment is in a great location with breathtaking views. If they would upgrade it a bit. New shower head, cleaner kitchen, a comforter for each bed it would have definitely made my stay more enjoyable. It's located in the heart of everything. Overall we enjoyed it, but a tad bit of renovation would really make our stay even better

The property is not set up to receive prospective guest. Upon arrival to the property no one knew who you were or what you were there for. The process is sit up for newcomer to be taken advantage of as to payment of the rooms and their denial as to whether they are aware of your rental of a room. They  force you to repurchase another room at their rate.
