Just returned from Riu Palace Macao for 10 days with two sons aged 23 and 21. We’ve all thoroughly enjoyed it, superb hotel, lovely grounds, staff are very attentive and theres lots of them (wouldn’t like their payroll!). Loads of variety in food, with all their different restaurants and theme nights. Theres something for everyone. If you want to party you can, and if you don’t then you don’t have to! Room was lovely no issues at all. We visited punta Cana palace whilst there which appeared much busier around the pool area, probably because children are allowed there. Beach was slightly disappointing due to seaweed, but certain things are beyond our control, they were doing the best they could trying to clean it up. The only thing I would suggest is a net around the volley ball area, because if you’re sat on the nearby sun loungers, you do get hit! We had an amazing time, just book it! You won’t be disappointed!
