Please bear in mind this is budget hotel, so don't compare with 3 or 4 stars hotel. The location is perfect, near to tubtim beach where less ppl, and next to silver sand hotel where you can have party night after sunset. If course the facilities isu limited, but it's ok if you only need a place for shower and sleep. The best part is you can check in anytime (as long as the room is ready, which is normally do). I check in at 10am, so I can spend whole afternoon at the beach without bringing all my luggage. So strongly recommended if you are not the fussy type of traveller.
