49 reviewsLanta Fa Rung is right in the middle of Klong Khong Beach, so it's perfectly located. Though the beach is quite rocky at low tide there are a few spots to go for a swim. At high tide swimming is no problem. The bungalow area is very well kept and all the staff is very friendly. Bungalows were in good condition on the inside as well. The beds are quite hard though as they tend to be in Thailand. The toilets are "outside" of the rooms but have walls and a roof so no worries. If you're allergic to loud music you should take a bungalow a bit away from the beach as the hotel's beach bar plays it at high volumes until late in the night. For us this was no issue although we had the first bungalow closest to the bar, but we're good sleepers. Francesco and his family took good care of us during our stay and gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to see. We also rented a scooter from the hotel for a fair price. We'd definitely visit again!
