Really nice people and super clean. As soon as I arrived I got everything I needed. They where having a BBQ, such a great way to meet people. The location is incredible, lost of places to eat around and just across the beach.

We ended up in Tijuana and found Lifestyle Hostel. It had a great atmosphere, the owners were so welcoming and had a recommendation for everything we wanted to do! Was a shame our trip was only one day but we will definitely be back! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Located just mere steps from the beach, Lifestyle Hostel is a MUST for travelers on a budget visiting Tijuana. This family ran business has a really comfortable feel about it that will more than likely have you staying longer than you had planned (as was my situation). Say what’s up to Dave (the owner), Ray the artist son, and JP the resident Cholo. Enjoy!

Best place to be!!!

Awesome place!

A Family Affair…

Pluses: The location is awesome, right next to the beach. Also the building itself is in good condition and includes an interesting touch of having a jiu jitsu studio and tattoo shop in-house.

Cons: Weird atmosphere. There was a strange, negative aura about this place. Several middle aged men who seemed to be more or less living in the dorms, complaining about life and drinking beer and playing pool all day in the lobby. Being there felt almost like intruding. Also freezing cold (we visited in December). There is no heater, so bring warm clothes and a sleeping bag if you stay here. 

All in all would not stay again, despite the location. A pity, since this place has a lot of potential.

Weird vibe

Good hostel with friendly, travel helpful staff. Clean rooms with walking distance to the beach. Large shared room with clean beds that quiets after 10pm. Ground floor has pool table and big screen TV -watch any movie of your choice. Why stay in downtown Tijuana when you can stay here!!!
