Very bad experience, I managed to contact them via instagram, they asked me for a 50% advance, they gave me a bank key to make my deposit, they sent me a couple of messages reminding me that it was a requirement to keep my reservation. So I did, the deposit reports a day before my trip, then I didn't get any further response from them. Upon arriving at the hotel my surprise was great to find out that the hotel was closed, there were no messages, no phone numbers to communicate. I had to look for a place to stay at that time, very bad experience. What a pity that people abuse their compatriots in this way.

A DESAGRADABLE EXPERIENCE to meet up with the hotel in Cerrado.

We went with the whole family to visit Merida, we booked this hotel for the pool and the price, we arrived and the pool was dirty until Christmas, so the little ones didn't bother, the rooms if we talk about price quality are very good, you just have to take care of the details the public areas are very dirty and the restaurant looks bad, the hotel is located 4 blocks from the center of Merida.

 Visitando Merida is a visiting city.

Bad hygiene, dust, moisture spots, insects, telarañas, mosquitoes, not even a TV channel, I wouldn't come back even if I was paid, bitten by more mosquitoes at night than I stayed in a rural community!!

Horrible 

A good hotel in the center of Merida (800 meters from the central square). We had a room with 2 double beds and breakfast (continental: coffee, jam, toast) for $35 a day. The room is dark, but there is Wi-Fi, TV. Near the hotel is free parking on the street. The price/quality ratio is excellent. The windows go out into the inner courtyard, so it's dark in the room.

Nice hotel in the centre of Merida.

Your hotel is great, it's as simple as that. It immediately felt like home and it was nice and quiet (which is nice after a few hostels which weren't as quiet as your hotel). Your location is good and the staff was nice! Rooms were ok, but not VERY clean. It was good for a few days, thank you! 

The only bad thing was that our shower had cold water, very cold water.

Pleasant stay at a beautiful town!

To begin with, they gave us the dirty room, the footprinted floor, the bed with dirt, hair and hair everywhere and the cherry al pastel was a cockroach dying on the floor.

No, I do not recommend it.

Unfortunately, we stayed for only one night in this very clean, quiet hotel with a very friendly staff. The afternoon in the pool was very relaxing, we found a lot of discretion and the Wi-Fi was perfectly functional! Absolutely recommended. The only drawback: our room had a window almost entirely walled, so there was little air. But overall, it was really great.

Very characteristic.

The rooms are comfortable but the TV is very small, old and there are no canals to see, it says that there is hot water in the drain and there was no one on my visit, I was touched in one of the first rooms and they have little privacy and the entire movement of the guests and staff is heard at all times.

It is very well located.

We booked this hotel as it was on offer on Booking.com for very cheap! 
All the rooms are centred around the nice courtyard (where breakfast is served) behind the building is a school, we could hear the playground in the mornings but no bother really. 
Our room was spacious and clean, and the air con was great. The wifi worked really well most of the time and the water pressure was fine in the shower, with hot water. (Shampoo & soap provided)
There didn't seem to be many guests staying but that could be just because of the time of year, we pretty much had the place to ourselves! Breakfast is coffee, toast and fruit and it was self-service, the layout each day was slightly different and there is a supply of drinking water in the courtyard. 
Never saw anyone in the pool and we didn't use it! 
On the whole a great bargain if you don't want to spend much on accommodation!
