The old rooms, neglected personally unfriendly, for the price I think there are better and cheaper options, in the morning in front of my room they lit a burner which was very uncomfortable.

Hotel candiles 

The online price is not the same when they arrive, you can't book online, poor visitor care, depressing cameras, air-conditioned areas that don't work, windows that don't close, rocket year furniture (and I don't say it nicely), court beds, mold on the roof, lizards inside the room, the only rescatable is the location, it's close to where I should have been, tomorrow I'm going to another even if I have to pay more and battle to catch a taxi because in Colima there's no Uber.

The hotel is kind of centric, but you have to take a taxi or travel by bus if you want to go to another places, since it hasn't variety of restaurants near. The bed are very hard hard, and the safe box didn't work. You can leave your stuff at the hotel reception desk.

A good hotel if you are looking for a place to rest...

We stayed here as part of a birding tour.  The overall structure seemed fine, but seemed to have seen better days.  The air conditioner in our room was rusted and lacking a cover, and fitted poorly to the hole in the wall.  It performed poorly in cooling our room.  The staff seemed little interested in giving service.

OK but low service

The hotel is good, without a pool and the surroundings are beautiful. The wifi is not the best, whether you are going to work or business if it will cause conflict. The bathroom is normal, and the comfortable rooms. nothing extraordinary.

The hotel is clean but in the rooms there are no appliances such as hairbrushes, clothes, etc. The room alone has a single plug to connect electronic devices. The wife is not very good. I book through booking.com and upon arrival I realized that the fare would have been cheaper if I had done it directly with the hotel.

Map displayed at the time of reservation, was a mistake. Hotel was in a remote location about seven kilometers from the city. We had a reservation on the Internet, the room had not been prepared. Very sorry. The Reluctantly, we decided to stay at another hotel.

This hotel, located on Camino Real just 10 min. from Centro, is highly underrated by those who have reviewed it.  When you enter the lobby you will see that it is spotless.  The one thing you must do is make sure that things work in your room as some rooms have broken air conditioning or hot water does not run.  Tell the management and they will move you.  The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Yes, the beds are firm, not HARD, mattresses are deep, not the thin kind you often find in a Mexican hotel.  Our air conditioning quickly cooled the room and it was totally clean and wonderful after a bad experience at the beach the day before.  It is basic furnishings, we did not use the TV so no review of that.  We did go down to the pool, very clean, relaxing n lovely furniture under a palm tree, quiet and perfect for an afternoon rest.  Ate breakfast in their restaurant and it was fine.  Order the omelet or small fruit plate, yogurt or scrambled eggs and ham.  All were just fine. 
No noise at night so that was great.  Best restaurant in Colima is just a km away and around the corner--Corazon Contente  although the management of the hotel did not know of it???  They came and picked all 8 of us up at the hotel and drove us to their restaurant!!!
Give this alternative to centro hotels a try and save some $$$$
We were mostly all pleased, although one couple had a broken air conditioner (they did not try it in the afternoon so by the time they found out it was late at night).

Most underrated hotel in Colima

I was only there one night, but the room was bare and there was a loud noise from the air conditioners in the next rooms. There is no hair dryer. There is a very small pool. Breakfast not included and no buffet.
