We had a comfortable stay at Terracota in Campeche. 

Jose and Jacqueline made the check-in process smooth and easy. They gave us a corner unit which has a window and a sliding door, aside from the main door. The room is spacious and fitted with a study table, bedside tables, and shelves. 

The beddings are comfortable. There's wifi, and hot and cold shower. There's also an antojitos in front of the hotel.

Comfortable stay

Very friendly people clean. Pool. Good price. Air. Can you park the car. What more can I say. If you have to fill 200 words. Recommended It's hot, but you already know what you're reading. But already in 200 words.

The rooms are super comfortable and comfortable, have excellent climate and location and have private parking The staff is super attentive and they are very friendly.

Excellent and comfortable.

As soon as we arrived they told us they had a bad organization and so there was no room available the same night we had booked. They took us to another hotel farther from the center without a swimming pool and offered us breakfast the next morning. Private parking available on site. Swimming pool on the street and very little sunlight. No transat to land. Very bad wifi connection. The next day we were waiting for breakfast when we were finally told that the cook would not come to take care of you. Good location but not to hope for better.

It's very convenient.

Not much to do with the photos, hotel without charm, to get to the pool you have to walk down the street, not very cozy, contrary to the description of some sites there is no restaurant, no cafe, just a little refrigerator in the room, no pool, no finger put in it... just for one night.

Really for a break.

We had 6 guests and we were given as a private area with two rooms, in one came a TV, a king size bed and a wedding bed, in the other room came a wedding bed and bathroom outside the two rooms, both rooms have air conditioning that cool very well, the attention of the very helpful and friendly workers, the price was very good for us because we stayed close to the pool and it is very nice, at night it is illuminated by lights and it is very quiet.

Good location, 5 mins walk from the walled city and local bus station. Friendly helpful staff, breakfast very good value. Easy access to the swimming pool. Would recommend

Great value, great location

We stayed at this hotel one night to explore the city of Campeche.Although the hotel staff was very attentive at all times, the hotel is very improving.The bathroom retreat lacked a lid, the bathroom plug was hanging from the wall cables, the walls were uncomfortable, they heard all the noise of the street and from 5 am it was impossible to sleep.The hotel's location is far from downtown Campeche and, although we were told that it was safe to walk to the center, the surroundings did not invite the walk.I, sincerely, would not return to this hotel, and all despite the goodwill and love of the staff who attended us, it was lovely.

Very attentive staff, but very affordable hotel.

Arrived in Campeche Airport at 9pm on a typical steamy hot night.
Had to wait quite a while for a taxi (fixed price $200 pesos). The driver knew exactly where to go, and took me directly to the hotel.
The hotel has security gates as it is in a residential area. The concierge was took me straight up to the top floor to the King room I had booked. It was very spacious, beautiful tiles, nice fresh bathroom, flat screen TV, desk, chairs and a mini fridge. The best part was the brand new huge comfortable Sealy bed, which was like sleeping in a cloud.
Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning worked well, which is good as Campeche is so humid!
Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, it was by the pool area.
The walled city is about a 10-15 minute walk along the dusty streets, but it wasn't a big deal to me.
It was a trade off to have a large and lovely room a little away from town, compared to having a dusty, overpriced poky room within the walls.
Limited restaurants nearby, but a large supermarket and small grocers.
I would stay again.
