Fantastic location, clean, great food and the best family experience!!  We traveled 3 weeks throughout Cambodia and this place was a home away from home.  The family became family..  they went out of their way!!

Amazing

Booked for 3 nights stayed 7 and am back again, superb place the owners are very friendly and Mr poun speaks English fluently, the rooms are large and airy, the common areas are clean and big, the WiFi is better in the common areas, and they have draft beer at 75 cents!!! Also they do food at great prices, it's close to all the attractions and temple complex and to top it off they have an immaculate and clean pool to cool off in after a day temple bashing, I'm finding it hard to leave this place!!! Also a great place to meet and socialise with other tourists and travellers

Excellent

Good location, great host, good Wi-Fi, good water pressure, spacious rooms, shower water heaters. Very close location to the Angkor Park, good water pressure and many mini convenience stores and restaurants around, including the one at the guesthouse. Bicycle parking, hot water kettle for coffee and tea, and free drinking water carboys (5 gallons 20 liter big botle) available. Beautiful swimming pool and terrace balcony with a big TV screen, printer also available. Fan and AC rooms. Laundry available outside. Not pets allowed. However some felines do visit the outside ground areas at the guesthouse so be aware if you are allergic to cats hair and skin danders. Two blocks from the astonishing day and night river views. Bicycle riding pathways. Also a nearby amazing bakery where you can get early morning hot six cents delicious baguettes and you can observe the bakers bread making processes. And next to the bakery or behind it there are two small business Golf equipment, and GIANT bicycles with Mr. Sam the owner that speaks Spanish and English too.

The guesthouse is conveniently located in a small alley 15 minutes walk from the night market. simple, large, ventilated room. There is a swimming pool. Very good reception and super terrace. No defects.

Super quality ratio price

We stayed four nights. The mattresses were a little hard but it didn't stop us from sleeping. The room was big and with a ventilator and air conditioning. The pool is also very nice after a day in the temples. Bicycles can be rented for 2 dollars. The terrace and the frame are very nice. Attention all staff are not super good in English. We have to make sure that the request was understood. So we had to wait for our breakfast for a while before requesting it again. Likewise, we did address another person for the extra night we wanted to take. Finally we booked the bus at this hotel to talk to tourists and we paid it TISRO times more than the other guests we had booked.

Mixed opinions

Honestly one of the best places I’ve  stayed in, the staff were amazing Mr. NiNi (owner) was so welcoming and all around lovely from helping with transport and sight seeing to being understanding and helpful about food allergies. We stayed here on and off days due to travelling to other places but came back to the same rooms and smiling faces! Would highly recommend, our trip wouldn’t have been the same if it hadn’t stayed here.

Highly recommend, amazing

Prices in Siem Reap are rather high compared to the rest of Cambodia. A double at 30€ per 3 nights, well placed (close to the centre, a hairy hair to avoid too much noise and get close to the bus station), with water available and a nice staff. It's clean, the beds may be a little too hard. The small +: you can use the small pool in the hotel across the street, which is visibly owned by the same managers (but which is a little more expensive)!

Top of the line, especially for the price

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were helpful. Rooms were very spacious and clean, great value. Was offered many tuk tuks and to rent bikes when we stayed. Swimming pool looked great in the photos but did not look very well maintained when we arrived so chose not to go for swim but there was plenty else to do.

Great value

I chose this place because of the reviews of how friendly the staff were. They were so welcoming and helpful. Great location- not far from markets/pub street. Nice to sit on the balcony to hang out or meet new people. 

First Solo Trip 

We loved this hotel! The owner Nini was so friendly and helpful, helped us with booking temple tours and excursions and booked our bus from siem reap to Ho Chi Minh too! They have their own tuktuk service whom we arraigned two full day trips for a very reasonable price considering one day we visited 5 temples and the driver waited for us at each one the whole day 8am till 6pm! The following day he took us on a 2 hour drive to the river of 1000 lingas which we assumed would take the whole day but didn’t so he took us to some more small temples to make the most of our time! Couldn’t have asked for a better service! The room was more than we expected for the price we paid using Agoda and was very clean and comfortable. Food served at the hotel is to a good standard and there is a pool you can use at the sister hotel over the road too.
