My Story Hotel Figueira was the perfect base: right on Praça da Figueira, next to Rossio and a short walk to Baixa–Chiado. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi reliable, and the staff consistently friendly and efficient. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the hotel restaurant proved to be a very good option. Highlight: a thoughtful birthday surprise for my wife—sparkling wine and a dessert with warm wishes from the team—made our stay truly memorable. Pros: prime location, cleanliness, comfy bed, excellent staff, great breakfast & on-site restaurant. Room tip: if you’re sensitive to square noise, request a higher floor or an interior-facing room. Bottom line: an excellent choice for a Lisbon city break—we’d happily return.
