Booked this hotel to go to summer concert at Hyde Park. Welcomed in a friendly manner. Receptionist suggested to change our room from 4th floor to ground floor in annexe which is short distance up the road. No lifts in main building. He told us that tea coffee snd chocolate is complementary served in lounge in main building all day. Room was extreemly clean. Shower room with toilet and sink looks recently renovated. Shower gel and doap supplied with fluffy towels. Comfy double bed. Complementary breakfast of hot drink or orange juice cornflakes toast or croissant with cheese or jam served in lower floor breakfast room on main building. Waitress service by pleasant ladies. You may upgrade to cooked breakfast for extra £8. Checking out process went well by a courteous male member of staff. Lords hotel on a quiet Georgian area accessible to high street for fast food tube station restaurants and pubs. We found this a great place to stay and would be happy to return Thank you staff.
