This was the best hotel stay I have ever had. From the moment I walked into reception to the end of my stay I could not have asked for better service nor felt more valued. Staff were all so lovely and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable and memorable. I stayed in one of the newly designed rooms and it was fantastic. I loved the movable table and the couch was perfect for relaxing on. Bed was so comfortable and I slept well. Bathroom was nicely set out with beautifully fragrant toiletries. I loved the soft snuggly bathrode and slippers. I ordered room service which arrived quickly and was scrumptious. Paddington is not an area I would normally stay in but it was handy for access to Paddington station. I will 100% be staying at this hotel again on future visits to London.
