My family stayed in the Residence Inn Kensington July 8-11. We had previously stayed there in 2022 so we were familiar with the location and hotel. We had two rooms as we were a large family traveling in London. The hotel management and staff are wonderful and ensure that your stay is a comfortable one. We especially love the complimentary full breakfast buffet there is something for everyone; fresh fruit, breads, cereals, eggs full English, etc. It really is a 5 ⭐️ gourmet breakfast. The lifts are a little slow, but that’s ok just have patience. The hotel rooms are perfectly organized with a kitchen, bathroom and living area. The beds are soo comfortable, showers wonderful, and having a Tesco a block away allowed to make full use of the fridge and microwave. We were very happy with the laundry facilities which included washer and dryer and so appreciative that the hotel provided us with the detergent we needed it was of course complimentary and machines were of no cost. The on site gym was huge and we enjoyed that as well. Uber kiosk in the lobby allowed us to get transportation easily for the places we needed to go. And after a long day of sightseeing it was wonderful to relax in the hotel bar we had amazing lime mint drinks with a shot of rum so delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff are so friendly especially the breakfast staff they work so hard every morning! It’s our go to location in London and one of the best Residence Inn locations we have been too. Don’t hesitate for a minute and book your trip! ❤️
