Ali Bey Club & Park

It was my 20th year in a row visiting this hotel and as always it was a fantastic experience. I’ve always enjoyed my time there but this year felt even more special thanks to perfect service, amazing entertainment, very high standards and exceptional people working there. This place feels like a second home. Let me start with the animation team. It’s very professional. From morning to night there are so many activities to enjoy - games, tournaments and special events. Chief of Landsport Ömer is doing a brilliant job. He and his team organise great events like Pool Survivor and Squid Game, which is incredibly popular, and they keep the atmosphere fun and exciting. I would like to give special thanks to Batu and Bora from the entertainment team. They are exceptionally professional, kind and energetic and incredibly talented in shows, some of the best animators I have ever seen. Speaking of the evening shows, they are spectacular, especially the musicals, very bright and funny with great costumes and bright sets. Michael Jackson is another must to watch, with the choreographer Sergei doing a great job. The Mima club is very popular with kids, they have their own shows and parties, including Barbie Party, which is very pretty. The reception team deserves a special praise for being so efficient even in the middle of summer when the hotel is full. Thank you so much, Ikrom Bey, great job. The check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. I would like to especially mention Marina, who is always helpful and very attentive to details and makes sure every guest feels welcomed and comfortable. The restaurants and bars are offering delicious food and great service. The bars are very quick, the waiters are super friendly and remember your preferences. They go out of their way to feel that you are cared for. Turan Bey, thank you for your incredible work and for your great team. The premises are spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are simple but have everything you need and are very comfortable. The beds and mattresses are high quality. The housekeeping is perfect - the rooms are flawlessly cleaned. I had no problems at all during my stay. The staff does a great job, lots of thanks to Ayşe Hanim and Sevda Hanim. The area which can be improved however is the wi-fi connection. In this day and age reliable internet is expected and improving the wi-fi quality would definitely enhance the overall experience. Despite this single issue this hotel continues to be one of my favourite places in the world. It never fails to exceed expectations and that’s why I keep coming back year after year.
