Blue Jasmine Villas

We were here for 2 weeks. It is a quite area, near Kusadashi . The dolmus end and start here. The houses are individually owned and not everyone is rented out this mens that you can be sure that it is quite. 30 houses -and maybe 10 were in use mid July.
All facilities. In the house. Clean and ok

Myself and another family (Family of 4 and a Family of 5), stayed at the Blue Jasmine Villas Kusadasi in August 2013. Although it was a long travel from the airport, we were not disappointed when we arrived there.  We were met by a very pleasant gentleman who was also the security man for the property, who showed us to our villas. We were very pleased with the standard of the villas inside, 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage, family bathroom and a large en-suite for the main bedroom, air-conditioning and anything else you may need, Also you could see the view from the roof-top terrace. 
The next afternoon we were then greeted by our travel guide who showed us all the different excursions which were available to us over our stay. Boat trip was amazing we were lucky enough to see wild dolphins on our stay and those who were brave enough, jumped in and swam close to it! Also the restaurant which they owned in kusadasi town - Golden Boys. We were provided by transport to and from the restaurant and even when we had to get a taxi/bus it cost us around 10 TL to get there which isn't bad at all. (p.s. I recommend the boat trips and waterpark!)
The grounds in blue jasmine itself were ideal for us, it had security and the pool always had plenty of pool loungers and umbrellas available for if we ever needed them. The pool was lovely, regularly cleaned and sun was available all day for sunbathing. It has a lovely little bar area next to the pool where you're able to get refreshments and ice-cream throughout the day. It also have a ping-pong table which was good fun if you're competitive enough, another bonus was that you receive free Wi-Fi down at the pool area.
All the staff at blue jasmine were very helpful, and were always there for assistance if we ever needed it, and language barrier was no problem as the lady manager spoke very good english.
Overall our stay at blue jasmine was ideal, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves and had no complaints! Which is very rare when you go abroad! I would recommend these hotel villas to anyone!

Never thought I would say this as I truly am a home bird but never had such a relaxing holiday in years. 
Visited as a family of 3 (last year we went to kos holiday village - bulletins with sun I cried to go home). 
The villas are beautiful all you need inside, iron, washing machine, hair dryer dish washer etc but no BBQ area. 
There is a rooftop area and the sunsets are stunning from here especially with a g&t (no slimline here so bring your own if like me you are fussy)
There are no subbed wars and everyone is friendly and pleasant - mix of nationalities which is also good. 
No car needed here at all. Dolmas stops outside right by small supermarket. Stops at local bus station where you can travel anywhere from. However stay on and it takes you into kusadasi town. Just remember coming home number 5 and tell driver notestik. You are last return stop. 
People who work here are a credit to the place, so helpful and friendly. We even had private turkish lessons ! 
I also needed the dentist while here and have to say the experience was good and very cheap - worth thinking about if you pay for your treatment at home ( never thought I would say that either)
Just a word of advice on Ephesus - don't do a tour - go by dolmas or taxi on your own. The tour takes in leather, ceramic, sweet and gold shops I was very annoyed at that as half a day was wasted and they dragged us through Ephesus with no time to take in the sites. However the turkish bath is fab you must try that. 
This is out of town one local restaurant which is basic and maybe only good for lunch but this was not an issue for us as the dolmas was fine and so easy 2.5 tl no matter where you go!! And it stops at ladies beach and many other places on route. 
Blue jasmine villas and the people who work here are amazing - nothing to fault at all. 

We visited in early October and found the complex to be quiet and not at all over crowded. This meant that we practically had the pool to ourselves most days and found the area around the complex peaceful. The villa had all we required and was roomy and clean. In terms of improvements I think a welcome pack would be useful e.g. a basic map and some tips on orientation etc. The weather in early October was still very warm and we enjoyed relaxing and visiting Ephesus. The local beaches are not great...we found them a little grubby and crowded. However, the Green Garden restaurant in Kusadasi is definitely worth a visit. Ideal if you just want a relax and read holiday with a little bit of culture (e.g. Ephesus) thrown in.

Do not want to go home!

Nice silent area, big house

We notified management that our flight was delayed as we would be, however, upon arrival no one was there to check us in or give us a key. We found someone on the grounds to was able to give us a key but not check us in.  He showed us the villa and left.  The villa was dirty, the shower head didn't work - in either bathroom - sprayed water and was uncontrollable, ants were every where. The mattress were the thickness of a cot - we made breakfast and packed.  We consulted with the guide for the day and he found a wonderful hotel for us.  We would never recommend this property to any one.
