Batihan Beach Resort & Spa

We are just back from an amazing 10 night stay at The Batihan Beach resort. We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children ranging from 11 to 21. When we arrived our rooms were on two different ends of the floor, so I asked at reception could we be moved closer together and they arranged this without any hassle the next day. The staff were so friendly & pleasant from Reception to Bar staff , Restaurant, Housekeeping, & Entertainment. The food was excellent & the choice was vast. I dont know how anyone could complain. We had 2 nights dining in the A la carte Sunset restaurant also as we were there for 10 nights & this was just delicious, situated on the beach, perfect for Sunset pictures. The entertainment daily for all ages was fun-filled and energetic and my older children loved taking part. The shows at night were amazing and for people with younger children the kids club and mini disco nightly seemed fantastic. The all inclusive covered local wines, beers and spirits 24 hours which was a welcome bonus. The resort is about 7kms from Kusadasi centre so an easy taxi ride costing from 8 to 20 euro, depening on time of day as traffic can be heavy at times. There is also the dolmus bus stop located just across the road (No 6) which comes every 10 mins approx and costs just 25 lira (56 cent each approx) which is so cheap. Yes there are a number of cats wandering around outside, but as our daughter is an animal lover, she was only too delighted to give them water & scraps at every opportunity. The beach is literally outside the gate at the bottom of the garden and has lots of sunbeds, water activities etc available for hire. We had a fantastic time and cannot speak highly enough about the resort. Would highly recommend.
