The location is very convenient, right next to the myeongdong walking street, and very close to duty free stores, there is an airport bus station nearby as well. The staff was very nice, room is small but clean, considering the very affordable price for the room, it's pretty good!

Centrally located.  Easy access to metro, buses.  Room has hairdryer, refrigerator, radiator.  Hotel has laundry machines, but only a couple of large ones.  Mostly very small machines. Rooms are small, but hotel has an accessible common area with tableware, microwave.

Hotel reception they keep sending people up in down all time.

No thrill room but comfortable, clean and great location. It’s located on myeongdong street. Good for solo traveling.

The staff was very kind and made a good impression.

Great location ,room is small but clean ,front desk staff very helpful they let us check in early allowed us to leave our luggage after check out until we are ready to go to the airport. Free breakfast is a big plus except the food that is being served is the same everyday for the 4 days we where there.But over all ,very satisfied

The property is clean and although the room is very tiny, the beds are big and comfortable enough to make sure we can have a good sleep. The staff are exceptionally nice and accommodating. It was also great that they have a baggage service so we could still enjoy visiting other places between check-out and our actual flight without worrying about our bags. Thank you for this such a lifesaver!The only thing we didn't like was the tiny room leaving not enough space to open our suitcases and hardly any space around the toilet seat. Our stay was very pleasant. There was no issue at all from booking, through to check-in and check-out. We'll definitely recommend this place.

For a hostel, this place is really nice and super clean. The receptionists were always super helpful, and the hotel offered a free breakfast that I didn’t even expect. It is super simple but was, of course, super helpful.The location is amazing, right in the middle of Myeongdong, so that you can step out right into the shops and street stalls. Somehow, even though it’s right in the middle of everything, the room is not noisy at all. The only reason why I don’t give it five stars is because there is central heating turned on to the maximum, which made it impossible to sleep and resulted in me having to argue with my roommates about the air conditioning. I don’t think room temperature should be such that you feel the need to turn on the AC when it is literally snowing outside. Thankfully at a certain point of my trip the people in the room changed and the new people agreed that the room was impossibly hot and we turned on the AC.

Very good hostel except for the insane heating

We missed the hotel the first time around as Myeongdong is very crowded after 5pm and this hotel is lodged in a little no exit alley between an Olive Young and the big Royal hotel, on the 15 floor of the building, near the cathedral.The room was very tiny, looking like the picture on Expedia with a TV and a fridge. We had a private bathroom with towels, toilet, sink and shower but the whole bathroom was the shower. There is no enclosure for that. Self serve breakfast (boiled egg, cherry tomatoe, ham, cheese, bread, butter, strawberry jam, cereal, orange juice, coffee and tea) is available at 7am but you cannot help yourself before even if it is ready. And you need to wash the dishes you used afterwards.Overall, it was a nice one night stay.

It was my first time in Korea so I was not sure what to expect and had a bit of trouble finding the check in counter but after I read it was on the 15th floor, I found it. There was a bit of trouble as my reservation couldn’t be found at first but luckily he did find it after awhile. For breakfast I wanted a bit more Korean Theme options and I would be willing to pay for those meals. For breakfast, we had hard boiled eggs with shell on which we had to peel, bread, oatmeal and ham lunch meat. We washed our own dishes once we finished

Super helpful staff!! Thank you for everything!!This was a great base to explore Seoul. I was hoping that they would have traditional Korean breakfast instead of continental style breakfast (eggs, bread, cereal), but this is just a personal preference and not a complaint. They did have great sauna eggs every day. Loved them!!

It’s more like a hostel than a hotel or inn. You could find some dust, hair and dirt by the window and on the bed linen. We got our own washroom in the room, but it's actually an open space for wheelchair, and the shower is right above the sink without curtain separating the space from the toilet. Wifi is not password protected so everyone can use your room’s wifi. We didn't use their free breakfast. You can leave your luggage there but unattended - you can leave them in the corridor or under the breakfast tables and no one cares what you put or took away. A good cheap choice if you don’t mind too much.

It's a great place for a budget hotel, quite clean, close the public transportation, about 5 min walk to the train stations; it is in the middle of the famous Myeondgong shopping street where one can shop for all kings of Korean products, such as skin care, clothes, shoes, snacks etc; it includes breakfast that is good enough. I stayed for five nights. The staff speak different languages - English, Chinese, Japanese and are very nice and helpful. Though the room and bathroom are small, they are pretty good for me.

This budget hotel is in a great location in central Seoul in the middle of a popular shopping district with street food blenders in the evening and many restaurants.  Easy access to multiple subway lines and buses.  The staff is friendly and helpful (we used English).  The reception and dining area are on the 15th floor of a small highrise with rooms on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors.  We had a great view of Seoul Tower.  They proved a simple continental breakfast (bread, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk).This is a no frills hotel, the hallways are a bit narrow, cluttered, and underlit. The rooms are exactly alas shown in photos--small, clean, the beds very hard, some minor maintenance issues in bathroom (broken tiles on floor, sink slow to drain).

I recently stayed at Step Inn Myeong-dong area and had a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The room was small but well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a nice addition, offering a good start to the day. My only recommendation would be to provide sanitation tools for the cutlery. Overall, a good place to stay for a visit to Myeong-dong. The driver who pick up us from the ICN was really nice.  Had a great experience at Seoul.
