The Kaya Palazzio Hotel is without doubt five star. The suite of rooms I occupied were superb. Service was good and friendly and with the exception of some of the bar waiters the English was reasonable. I ate on one evening in the Asian restaurant and was disappointed with the menu, which appeared to be mainly Japanese. The food in the main restaurant was of a good standard with a wide selection. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
