New owners

We were at the scene and wanted to order a table there. Unfortunately, the hotel was closed. Even a few days later. The outside area doesn't look very inviting, nor does the entrance area. It gives the impression that Corona has left traces here. It doesn't look like it after the activities in the hotel. Everything is very disappointing.

No activities

Prices exaggerated Christmas card. e.g. table top on December card to go, equal portion size 2 € expensive. Quality bad but pay a lot. Never again. Also applicable for other dishes. Not to recommend.

Cheating on the guest!!!

We were often guests at this hotel's restaurant. The food was always good and the price/performance ratio was also right, the restaurant service staff was always friendly and attentive. So we had already planned a birthday party in June this year and were still a little disappointed. Not by the food and the nice service but by the unfriendly, unacceptable way of the boss. She received us 4 weeks to arrange the celebration with the words, I should not have accepted this, we are already doing it on Sunday at 5pm. I hope your celebration doesn't last that long.  On the day of the celebration I was asked by her at 22pm if we could move to the sauna for the next celebration. There was a room (of the kitchen?) and there would be a couple of tablespoints in the room. Of course, this service was no longer available for all of us except for the kitchen and other rooms.

Birthday party

On my way to Dresden, I was looking for a hotel near the motorway. I scanned the booking and found the sea rose. Very nice reception, obviously family-run. Not too big, therefore quite quiet. Rooms with everything that makes the night pleasant, very clean, good mattresses. WLAN is quite fixed, even in the furthest corner. I haven't tried sauna. The restaurant has a good selection, very tasty to very fair prices. The service is very friendly and attentive. Price/performance more than fine!

Positively surprised

We've been here many times and we've always been very satisfied. Very quiet location, spacious, clean and very well equipped rooms, friendly staff and a rich breakfast buffet.

It's all right.

It was a nice place to stay for two nights with several families. Overall, it was clean and the food was good! The price ratio was also good. Unfortunately, some of the employees were absolutely unfriendly and this can't really be our type. Otherwise, it would be like this anywhere else... This has greatly weakened the overall picture of the small but fine hotel, close to the sea.

Wedding night

A charming, quiet, clean and comfortable inn run by an efficient and hospitable staff. Located in a small town among houses and fields, it is peaceful but somewhat isolated. The train station is about a 6-block walk away. Our room was cozy and clean, with a small balcony overlooking a neighboring yard. There are two floors of rooms and no elevator. We were surprised that washcloths were not provided with towels, but that must be an American thing. Also still puzzled by the way they make the beds over there, with the folded twin comforters. The continental breakfast included cold cuts, boiled eggs, cereals, yogurts, breads and fruit. A very pleasant experience!

Off the beaten path comfort and quiet

What a great place to stay! Friendly staff, very tasty food. Clean, plenty of parking and good access to major road system. On the flat. Local church jutting out in the lake is worth a visit as is a walk around the main lake.

Great place to stay if you prefer a small family run hotel to a mainstream corporate affair

After more than a year, we had the opportunity to visit our favourite hotel again. We are still full of praise! Above all, we are delighted by the quiet location, the excellent kitchen, the excellent service and the good atmosphere of the house. Thank you family Hohmann, we will be back soon.
