My wife and I were visiting our son and his girlfriend in Santiago Chile. Our son planned a great three day weekend for all of us at the Cabañas Trapananda. From the moment we arrived our host Juan Luis could not have been more friendly and accommodating. He and his wife made our stay there one we will remember for our lifetime. From their warm personalities, to Juan Luis's sense of humor, to the freshly built fire every evening for us, the beautiful accommodations, the breathtaking views and last but not least his wife's special bread. I highly recommend this gem to any and all of you who desire to explore the jewel of S.A., Chile and the lake region. Lowell
