The staff here are very friendly and helpful.
We had a long day and a mishap with accommodation arrangements elsewhere and New W gave us rooms at a good rate and even though their kitchen had closed… They helped us order pizza from a pizza delivery shop… I think that was called perfect pizza… And it was wonderful… Good size rooms nicely presented…oh and the breakfast was great. 👍 ….. I cannot recommend more highly.:-)

My name is Genn from Canada is my second time here in New W Hotel in heart of Tirana and I feel just like home! I deeply recommend this hotel for everyone who needs to accommodate in Tirana, because here you can find the nicest staff and the greatest service!

The room was very clean - the whole hotel. The amenities were great - especially the bathroom. The real highlight though was the staff: very friendly, great service and always there!

I will definitely choose New W again whenever I visit the city again!

Stopped here for 5 days in June as a lone traveller. Lovely hotel and lovely room (although they have names rather than numbers!) overlooking the mountain to the rear)  The centre of Tirana Is about a 15 min leisurely walk although its easy enough to get a taxi.Excellent breakfast and evening meals available.  Friendly English speaking staff  om hand made it a pleasant stay.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

I have traveled to Tirana for business trip. The hotel was the best so far, i liked the place and the room. The staff including in the reception were very friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast especially. Would recommend the place for ones who traveling to Tirana.

Really nice and comfy hotel with really friendly and helpful staff! Room was big, fresh and new. Perfect quality-price ratio. Not in the city center but easy to walk there or go by bus (40LEK). There are also good restaurants nearby and really nice park which you can also cross while you walk to the city center. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time while visiting Tirana!

Friendly and accomodating staff……looked after us well

Lovely place to stay in Tirana

Stayed for 2 nights. Modern looking hotel with interesting design. Staff are trying to help though the language barrier does exist.
Free parking is available and the hotel easy to find using Google maps. 
The room was of good size with good aircon and wifi. Only negative I found is that the bed had a slight smell of baby poop which I guess had been soiled from previous stays.
Apart from this breakfast was adequate and because of the very reasonable price it gets very high points 

Good value for money 

The hotel was fairly good. It was very clean and as depicted in the images.The staff were helpful and secured our taxi for us. Everything worked out just fine. Only a few gripes... The windows tilt open from the bottom. Dangerous even for adults, and certainly children. The shower is open, which is fine except that in a small space it means everything gets wet... Including the toilet.The restaurant was also closed. Not sure if that is based on season or not.
