Booked the apartment we had back in March and because we were there were able to view apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again. Was in an area that we like to be in and would find it difficult to be negative.

Well furnished apartment with everything needed for a short stay or longer. The wonderful view from the large terrace allows us to enjoy it from the morning coffee to a glass of wine at dinner! We recommend this place with a recommendation to all guests to be more quiet and comply with other in the hotel!

The appartment was great with all the comforts of home even a washing machine,iron, ironing board. and huge fan,hair dryer 42inch flat screen tv and a great big balcony with table and chairs and sunbed with a great sea view.         The pool was on the other side of the appartments and had lots of sunbeds that you could take your pick any time of day and never got busy. The local resturants and cafes were great with realy tasty dishes at fare prices.                           The down side was the building work in the area was everywhere but it dident bother us we had a fantastic time . There is a great bus service (every 20minutes) that go's everywhere for a couple of quid which we used a few times to go to the lively resorts . I would love to go back in a year or so when the building work is finnished but not at the moment. 27/08/2016

Great apartment with unique views of the ocean !

Great Appartment

June holiday

It is the view to wow for. Our third visit and we would come again. Not to this apartment though. Well equipped and very comfortable. Representive very helpful. Now to the smell. Mostly early morning and early evening balcony unusable: a pervasive smell of sewage.
We were here for a month and seemed to be every day.
The question is can the stunning view overcome the abhorence of the smell?

Good apartment shame about the smell.

We travelled for Christmas and New Year for 9 days. We were in room 208 on the first floor. The apartment was clean and well equipped for our needs. No air con (but we knew that and wouldn't need it at that time of year anyway)   There's no wifi but we purchased the package for €40 per week and it worked fine. The bed was very comfortable and the pull down double in the lounge was also very good. Plenty of linen and bedding.  Brand new fridge/freezer and cooker. The pool was very quiet, clean, no smoking etc with plenty of sun loungers and some shade which was excellent. You could take your own drinks etc down with you should you wish. The view was lovely onto a cove and small beach (Las Galgas 2 minutes walk) and the balcony was big enough for a 4 seater table unfortunately there was only one lounger. When we were thee we only got the sun on the balcony from around 3 until sunset. 

Now to the SMELL of sewerage from the bathroom. It was awful and was very unpleasant when you had to use the loo (you'd be in and out as quickly as possible). We called and complained and Christine our very helpful and friendly contact sent a maintenance man came and used some silicon to plug up a gap from the pipe to the washing machine. It didn't help. We complained again and asked to be moved, however there were no free apartments. We eventually covered over the wall vent, kept sink and bath plugs in, blocked up overflows and jammed tissue into any chinks in tile grout but to no avail!  Eventually we had to leave the door to the bathroom and the patio door open all the time to vent the place which helped marginally. At check out time I complained again and was told that 'it's a problem here' which was disappointing as they obviously know there's an issue.  Essentially I don't think this can be fixed especially as there are other reviewers saying exactly the same. As one other reviewer wrote, it's a toss up to whether you can live with the smell or not. Well I can't and won't be back but my husband wants me to say that it didn't bother him too much - maybe he can go back next year and I'll go to the posh Hard Rock Hotel across the road" ;-)

My overall rating is a 2 because of the smell. It would have been a 4 otherwise
