We stayed at this hotel in Barcelona and overall had a good experience. The location is great—very central and convenient for getting around the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. However, the front desk staff didn’t leave the best impression. They didn’t seem welcoming or attentive, and were more focused on chatting with each other than helping guests. Also, it was surprising that there were no bellmen to assist with luggage—it felt a bit odd for a hotel of this level. In short, it’s a nice hotel in a great spot, but the service definitely needs improvement. With better hospitality, this place could be much more enjoyable.
