Wallyard Concept Hostel

I chose this hostel to stay unintentionally because another hostel got some problem with booking process. Turned out, everything was more than I expected. Very accommodating, very helpful, and they‘ve got a super friendly staff hostel team that I‘ve ever met in probably my entire life. It also has a reception area which’s got interesting design and well-decorated. I stayed in a 4-bunk beds bedroom with private bathroom a couple days before I asked the reception to change the room because of a troublesome emotional outburst roommate that I still don‘t have an idea why it had to be me whom he put through his mumbling beliefs at night which I honestly ‚pardons‘ for several times, and he never listened to me and never stopped those mumble jumble as if he‘s never made an appointment at a private practice to be listened. It was quite irritating when you was hardly left to have some space and all you ever asked for in a hostel room was respectful roommates, a bed and peace, especially when the room got some vacancy and got only two people in the room, at least there‘s no additional arrival yet. However, since I desperately requested, the reception at the time was genuinely willing to help and called his senior who was also very understanding, and changed the room for me one-night free of charge. After that they recommended and transferred me to a girls room that wasn‘t available at the time of my arrival. That was really super nice, and made my stay at Wallyard even more comfortable though I have to be recharged for a new bed sheet. The private bathroom and the shared bathroom didn‘t really make me feel differently because they were equally clean and equipped which was above my underestimate. They also have an accessible bathroom which it would be nicer and sensible if they had an elevator directly from the ground floor. However, even if you take heavy luggage with you for traveling, you will be struggled only a few steps before reach the elevator, and you would probably forget to make a complaint after you discover that the area is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and close to a metro station. And they made sure that you got some security and safe and also saved, so you got to say hi to the reception everyday of your stay. Though it sounds a bit obligatory, but you would enjoy it. One thing about the radiator is it‘s connected to the wifi, so it will turn on and off depending on time, presumably automatically, warm at night and cold in daytime, even you try to change the temperature, it will be back to the degree it set up in a couple hours. The staff are super friendly, they will make sure you are safe, they will make sure you are happy, and because they make sure of orders in the hostel, they also make sure that you follow the rules. They would appear to carry your luggage to store in the luggage room at noon, but equally probably kick you out from the hostel at night, so behave nicely. Additionally, you could call them in case of emergency anytime after the reception is closed.
