What was good

The staff actually put me in the hotel on Narvskiy 9, which was a positive. The hotel was amazing for a tourist. Perfect location, right next to a bus stop (2 and 6 buses) and 500 m from metro. Check-in and check-out were very simple even if staff didn't speak english. The water pressure and temperature are fantastic. Room has a microwave, small fridge and utensils. Provided slippers. Reception is 24 hours but you also are able to open the door at night with access key, so I was able to come in and out any time with no trouble.

What was bad

The wifi usually didn't work in my room. The blackout windows are not dark enough for white nights
