25 reviewsThe floating hotel is located a bit away from the city centre but on the Ayayerwaddy river. Get a room towards the river. It has great views. Room is a bit small but well equipped. We had a veranda with chairs from where we enjoyed the sunset. There are local restaurants nearby but English is not well spoken. Taxi to the city is 4 euros. It can take some time to get hot water. Room wasn’t serviced one day. You can hear people talk in the next rooms. There is a bit noise in the morning from other guests and the restaurant upstairs. These are the reasons for not giving top rating. Breakfast was great. One day we had the buffet. Other days we chose from a menu. The restaurant also serves dinner but not Myanmar food. For that you should go to Mingalabar in the city.
