Nice hotel, spacious and cozy clean rooms. Good and abundant breakfast served next to the small pool, although paid for apart. Mediocre staff. Present laundry service: care to check carefully that all the clothes are returned because... we returned a shirt! (but suddenly we noticed one day after leaving the hotel as we were returned the bag of washed clothes from the ns room.. and as such we put it in the suitcase without checking carefully... sin!) During the ns stay a bathroom in one of the rooms had a loss in the toilet so we were forced to use the reception bathroom, uncomfortable during the night we had to cross the corridor of the ns! 4 For these reasons we did not occupy the ns room.. and as such we only saw 3 people occupying a large room, and it could have caused us a greater discomfort in the condition of collapsing immediately!

There's room for improvement.

Modern and very clean hotel, quiet rooms on the parking space, swimming pool, you can't hear the noise of the road although close enough.

Practical and comfortable

This hotel is in Quepos, has a good double bedroom, has a good shower and good air conditioning, a small swimming pool, as well as a parking lot, the room is very clean, better than many of Manuel Antonio's hotels that are very expensive, and it has a good price.

Stayed here for a few days while in quepos. Rooms were immaculately clean with a fan and ac. You are only a quick walk from anything in quepos and a quick bus ride from Manuel Antonio park. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, safe place this is a great option.

Avoid at all costs.
The manager refused to honor our same-day booking via Booking.com, because she was offended by our asking for a moment to double-check the price in USD vs the local currency.
Her behavior was bizarre. We said it would only take a moment, but she had a fit and insisted on canceling our reservation. Even when we accepted her quote, she refused to honor the reservation. 
Again, it was a bizarre situation.The ground floor of the hotel was completely unoccupied. The parking lot was empty.
We’re a perfectly normal family with two small kids, not a biker gang. We were calm. The manager was absurdly out of line.

Avoid. Bizarre, shockingly bad service.

This a motel with a tiny pool. Clean rooms. Easy walk to sodas and bars and other restaurants. Adequate for one or two nights if driving and visiting the National Park. It’s only tranquil in the relative sense that it’s not in the center of town. Walk across the road and into a local neighborhood and can ‘see how the common people live’. You can then follow the walkers to a punt that takes you across the water (c400 return) to the black sand beach for the sunset.

Motel

Room was ok. Shower was good.

I needed to block the gaps beneath the bathroom window to make the room bug proof, but didn't really see any bugs before or after doing that.
The night after staying here we stayed in a nicer place that was even closer to the national park and cost less.  So this place is a little over priced.

Ok. But the is better, and cheaper closer to the national park.

Nice and clean accomodations located within a walking distance from bus stops and restaurants. Excellent attention the guests and  nice pool. Best relation price versus accomodations and location. Totally recommended

Great option in Quepos

The room has air, large TV and hot water, little professionalism on the part of the staff, we saw them on arrival and never heard from them again, we were not explained or recommended anything, the room has windows without curtains, they are a bit opaque, but there is too much clarity coming in since dawn at 5:30 am.

Deficiency is a problem.

It is close to the center of Quepos, it was all clean, it has air, TV, not much noise, you can sleep peacefully.
