What a wonderful experience. A bedroom window looking past giant trees across the Juan de Fuca Strait, eagles, deer and rabbits, and humming birds at breakfast. And what a breakfast. We didn’t need to eat until supper. French Beach etc to the west and all the great attractions of Sooke to the east. Excellent location to explore the south central shore. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. Thanks Alison and Pat.  We hope to come back.

Superb hospitality. Fabulous breakfasts. Beautiful setting. Nothing to complain about at all. Room was large and spotless. We had use of a large lounge and hot tub. Alison and Pat were great hosts

Excellent Accommodations, fabulous breakfasts, great location to areas of interest, restaurants etc. really nice common room and views. Hosts most helpful with suggestions for sights and dinner spots.

Our stay at 4 Beaches Bed and Breakfast was top rate. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was clean and bright. The bed was comfy-cosy. And hosts Allison and Pat were friendly and courteous. We totally enjoyed our stay at 4 Beaches Bed & Breakfast.

Alison and Pat are lovely hosts and we enjoyed a large, comfortable room with fabulous breakfasts during our stay. The views over to the US Olympic range, especially the sunrise, were memorable. Genuinely this was nicest B&B we’ve ever stayed in!

Great location with panoramic ocean view, great hosts, pet friendly room, hot tub and amazing breakfasts too!  We took advantage of beautiful beach walks in the area and would happily visit this bed and breakfast again.

We really enjoyed our stay at 4 Beaches, which is well situated on the coast road. It's quiet, with comfortable beds, a great breakfast and a hot tub as a bonus. Pat and Alison are very friendly and helpful hosts.

This place is 5 star all the way. From the initial lovely welcome, the super clean and comfortable room ( two best sleeps we’ve had on Vancouver Island) quiet environment, easy access to a multitude of restaurants around the area, and finally, the gourmet breakfast that was simply stunning. Everything has been thought of. 
 Alison and Pat also gave us some great local advice about hiking in the area. So glad we stayed there. It’s the perfect launchpad to explore that part of the coast. Brilliant. 

Thank you to our wonderful hosts, Pat and Allison! So, glad we decided to stay for five nights. The B&B was extremely clean, the sheets were super soft, the breakfasts were amazing and the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed seeing the bunnies hoping around lawn, the hummingbirds darting back and forth and the doe & spotted fawn, who came by while we were in the hot tub. There was a wide variety of trails close by, from very challenging to flat & wide paths. We saw some sea lions, seals and otters. Beacon Hill Park was beautiful with peacocks ambling around amongst the flowerbeds and ponds. Butchart gardens was breathtaking and they had live music in the evening (sorry we missed the fireworks). We spent an evening at the local Farmers market/museum in Sooke. If you want a nice treat, stop for afternoon tea at one of the tea rooms at Butchart gardens, Government House, Abkhazi Gardens or Shirley Delectables.

A lovely, welcoming place to spent a few days. Excellent breakfast and attention to detail in all aspects of the stay. The area is beautiful, with many hiking opportunities, you will leave Allison and Pat thinking about a return trip.

Great place, great service!
Our room was clean, had some many awesome and thoughtful details that make you feel your are home! Every room has its own washroom! big plus for me... 
To top it all Pat and Alison offer the best breakfast ever! 
Both owners where so welcoming and kind offering the best service they could.... I will totally come back!

Simply Amazing!

Clean, large room with lovely view of the ocean. Welcoming hosts and some great suggestions of places to visit. Super breakfasts, accommodating my vegan diet with ease. Loved the hot tub. We watched the hummingbirds visit at breakfast and be sure to take an early morning stroll to the tiny pebble beach area opposite to watch the sunrise and seals. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend this B&B.  Alison and Pat are kind and friendly hosts who made us feel totally welcome. Upon arrival , we were asked if we had any dietary concerns or restrictions, and what time WE would like breakfast served... most appreciated !
Amazing gourmet breakfast, different, each morning,  complete with fresh seasonal fruit, lots of  fresh hot coffee and scrumptious home baking served with home preserves....delish!  Delightful lounge area with comfy seating.  Coffee/tea station complete with mini fridge.  Spotlessly clean room with lovely comfortable bed providing a very restful sleep. Soft towels and linens.  
Thank you for the suggestion of Wiffen Spit ... a beautiful, easy walk not to be missed.

Excellent B&B experience

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of August. This B&B is by far the best we stayed in over the course of our 9 day excursion. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed in the Ocean view room and captured the best sun rise on the ocean. We even had access to a hot tub which was a lovely perk at the end of the day. 

Pat and Alison are fantastic host.  Pat made the most beautiful and delicious breakfast. First class breakfast by far!!! The home made baked goods, jams, and sauces, served with waffles, Eggs Benedict etc. were to die for. Seriously AMAZING!!! I cannot stop raving about this place with every one I meet. Most B&B fell short for us because they only offered the bare minimum for breakfast but here you are guaranteed to be served like royalty a 3 course meal. Truly phenomenal !
We appreciated their advice for exploring the area and making the most of our stay. This place is a must if you are in the Sooke area.

Amazing Bed and Breakfast!

Lovely B & B.  Very clean , breakfast was top notch!! Large breakfast with homemade baking, preserves & smoked bacon.  Presentation was lovely.  Hosts Pat & Allison were very welcoming & helpful.  Sooke is a lovely place where you can enjoy the outdoors .  
B & B is on a large property off the main highway, has a beautiful view of the water but there is traffic noise .  Not enough to keep us awake though .

Lovely Bed & Breakfast with a first class breakfast!

We stayed at 4 Beaches for three nights in July and booked both rooms for a family getaway. The B&B is very clean, quiet, comfortable and is just as shown on their website. Alison and Pat are warm and welcoming, and offer good advice for exploring the area. The gourmet breakfasts were outstanding and were served overlooking Juan de Fuca Straight and the Olympic Mountains.  4 Beaches is a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful West Coast and we can’t wait to go back.

A Perfect Stay in Sooke

This is a true bed and breakfast!  Many B&B’s will put a few items out for breakfast but Pat will cook a gourmet meal and Allison will serve it in courses!  The menu changes every day with lots of choices and they make accommodation for special dietary needs.  The home is convenient to Sooke, quiet and exceptionally clean. We celebrated a romantic and private 50th wedding anniversary here and would gladly come back for our 75th!

The best breakfast in Sooke with a hot tub to soak away the days stress and a quiet bedroom with a view of the sound.
