I stayed in this small hostel on June 6th last year and I am very satisfied! Isabelle, the owner, is very kind. The hostel is very clean, the bed is very comfortable and it is possible to make a meal because there is a common kitchen. I recommend this hostel to those and those who visit the Mirabel area and the Lower Laurentides. Martine

Very comfortable, very clean and located in a beautiful little village

We stayed at this auberge because it was close to the Cabana a sucre au pied du cochon, which I've also reviewed.  I had no idea what to expect, having chosen it only based on the fact it had sufficient number of rooms available to accommodate our group.  There is no office, we walked into the bar and asked who to speak to about getting our rooms.  I was directed to a man sitting at a table, enjoying conversation and beer with a few locals.  He asked me to wait for a few minutes, since he had to call someone.  We took advantage of the opportunity to have a drink.  The bar was clean, the glasses spotless, the beer was cold, the wine palatable, and the cider a pleasant surprise.  An even better surprise was the price, $4.50 for a pint of Irish beer. We eventually made our way to the rooms, which were clean, spacious and well equipped.  There is a common area on each floor with refrigerators, dishes, cutlery, etc.  Going through a bar to get to my room was a first for me, but only added to the experience.  The people are friendly, the rooms, beds, dishes, etc. are clean, and the price reasonable. If you're looking for a place to stay in Mirabel, check out this Auberge.

The hotel is very clean and friendly, located in a small village in the middle of nature, very nice if you want to take a night break between two cities.

correct and simple

This is the only Inn in this village.  Around the village there are a few interesting spots to visit.  An bio-organic winery, an organic honey producing place, a wild-flower garden and a regional park with beautiful trails for winter and summer.  In the summer there is a Land-Art project taking place in one part of the woods and in the summer one can see the artists at work, creating this year's new installation in the woods.  Downstairs is the village Bistro-Restaurant "La Virée"
