We spent only one night. We didn't want to stay in Ljubljana and preferred to stay a bit outside and that's why we came all the way. 
We had the big room with two bunk beds, one single bed and one double bed for 2 adults and 3 children.
It was 25 euro per person. They made only 5 euro discount for two of the children who are 8 and 9 years old.
The room was extremely hot that it was hard to sleep. Although it was a quite warm and sunny day the heating was still on. We tried to turn off but didn't turn off completely so we slept with windows open.
The shower had hot water and worked ok but the hairdryer didn't work. There was no soap so we had to ask.
It wasn't very noisy because our window didn't look to the street. 
We had also early dinner there which was good. Good meat balls and very good mushroom soup. It was rather big portions for the price.
The breakfast was ok, nothing so special but it was only from 8am to 9am.
The stuff didn't speak English and they were a bit careless.
It's not by the lake but 5 min walking across the road. Not bad location.

A very weird place

Stayed for 3 nights during august 2018. it has a good atmosphere about the place.
  
It was very basic accomodation which would have been perfect for us unless there were some issues. 

Broken soap dispensers. squeeking doors and broken shower. parking problems arise at night. i wish i could give it 4 stars. but i just can't.

a nice place which is let down by poor maintanance

During our visit to Lubiana, we booked an online breakfast overnight at this facility which seemed nice and well advertised. Apart from the fact that no one had informed us that there would be a private dinner with deafening music until 3:30 in the morning right under the ns.camera, we returned at 11:00 we realised that the heaters were off and only following my protests was an electric stove provided to me which was certainly insufficient to withstand the cold room temperature below -7°C. In addition to this:

Good restaurant poor accommodation

Stayed here one night, because we wanted to stay near Ljubljana as we had to return rental car there the next morning. We didn't expect other than basic accommodation and that's what it was. I was however surprised that most of the staff didn't speak a word of English. They spoke German to us. There was one young lady when we checked out who spoke English. The staff wasn't very friendly either; not even a smile and the man who show us our room didn't even offer to help us with our luggage although we had to drag two suitcases and two rucksacks up the stairs. The waiter in the restaurant rolled his eyes rudely when my husband walked to a table to pick us menus. The food in the restaurant was however good and the prices were ok. Also the breakfast was ok and the capuccino was best we had had in the whole trip. The wifi signal in the room was very good. The room was very small, but the bathroom was almost as big as the room and there was a bidet, which was surprising. The air-condition was quite noisy. The walls were like paper. There was a group of noisy people chatting loudly a long time ( half an hour maybe) late in the evening, around 22:30 in the corridor and it was like they would have been in our room. It was impossible to sleep as long as they had their chat. Strange behaviour. The lake with a huge group of swans was only a couple of minutes of walk away. The lake seems to be very dirty though and the walk you can do there is very short. There was a couple of cafes but some of them played music extremely loudly. Can't understand why, as one should be able to enjoy the nature. 

Good food, basic accommodation

They don't clean the room. The bathroom aspirator doesn't work. There's the air conditioner and it works, only a few waitresses speak English. The menu with English translation is not very clear.

Excellent food, mediocre accommodation

Nice overall structure. Personal as nice and available. Essential and clean rooms even if too cold. The heating does not work and instead two thermoventilators...since the bathroom, without electricity, remained cold. Hot water...a sin...says to wait 3-5 minutes but remains too warm for the winter. Typical dinner but unpleasant and heavy smelling of smoking in the room...volume of Slovenian music too high. Presented dinner bill and rooms together the same evening. Essential breakfast. Supplement dogs 10 euros. Only great advantage the very cheap price.

We recommend staying both transit and longer because of the clean air, the beautiful location, the great motel restaurant and the great breakfast included in the price of accommodation.

It's a beautiful hotel.

Serious inadequacies of the structure: the Wi-Fi line is present only in some very restricted areas of the structure (only in the common room) and often does not work. What is more serious: in the room there is almost never hot water, sometimes there is no water at all. The daily cleaning of the room is not carried out. The colour TV of the room takes only 5 channels, all in Slovenian. In addition to this the reception has been to say nothing unpleasant, the staff is rather sloppy and there is often no one who does not decently English (although frankly the impression is that they pretend not to understand, to avoid answering our requests).
