What was good

Great location where you can walk to most top attractions within the city. Supermarket is just around the corner.

What was bad

I arrived early and asked if I can leave luggage and they said no. When asked if they can provide information where to leave luggage and the person also insinuated that it’s not his/her job to provide that kind of help. For a foreigner who visited Russia for the first time, that’s is not helpful. The mattress is awful. My sofa bed has better mattress. It’s one of those you can feel the spring when you sit on it. The bedsheet also smaller than it should be so it crumples up. While there’s a coffee machine and kettle, no coffee power and tea bags provided. While there’s general cleaning isn’t bad but look closer you find plenty of surface areas need dusting. The clock in the room does not work either and the tower hook by the kitchen sink fell off and someone put it back upside down. Obviously not a lot of care is put into. Also the standing fan doesn’t not turn on.
