Huvafen Fushi Maldives Hotel

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Huvafen Fushi, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The service was 5 out of 5, from start to finish. If I could give more stars here, I would! We travelled all the way from Aus and the seamless service from the airport was a dream. We arrived at the private Huvafen airport lounge then took a scenic boat ride to the resort and everything was handled perfectly. The welcome was warm and sincere, and even complete with a personal greeting from the General Manager, Noel who's a fellow Aussie. The staff at Huvafen Fushi are on another level. Genuinely kind, super attentive, and clearly VERY well-trained. A shoutout to Rameez, our room attendant, who went above and beyond and always greeted us with a big smile on his face, which instantly made us feel welcome and at ease. Even by day two, the staff already knew my go-to drink after meals; the little things like that made the experience feel personal and super luxe. One of the most amazing parts of our stay was getting our own personal butler. Ours was incredibly helpful and always available when needed. It wasn’t just our butler, all of the butlers we came across were clearly VERY WELL TRAINED. We even had a brief encounter with Sama (a butler who wasn’t assigned to us) and he was just as kind, attentive, and professional as if we were his own guests. That level of consistency really speaks volumes about the service culture at Huvafen. The resort itself is stunning, peaceful and relaxing. It honestly felt like we were living inside a dream. The amenities were spot on, and you could tell that a lot of thought goes into even the smallest of details. Whether it was the layout of the villa, or the way the staff quietly made sure everything was perfect. On our last day, we were treated to farewell drinks; champagne and a refreshing juice. The new resort manager even came to wish the guests departing (including my partner and I) goodbye, which was a classy and warm gesture. The level of care, consistency, and professionalism across the board is something we didn’t take for granted. The team here is a testament to excellent training and leadership - honestly, some of the best service we've encountered! We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and looked after. This resort has set the bar incredibly high, and we’ll be absolutely going back. Until next time!
