Great hotel, very clean, with adjacent grocery store and few restaurants nearby. Staff was generally very nice, except for some of the night staff , who were not too friendly if I asked for anything, or had any question. I suppose they were tired? so was I, but I can still be nice! ( I'll give 2 examples: had to check in at 1 am and luckily a Chinese friend came to help with the check in, because the woman at the desk was unhelpful and didn't speak English, and it would have been quite unpleasant if I was by myself. Second example, one evening I was trying to ask about a bank's location, and this new trainee was completely unhelpful and behaved as if I had bothered her. Will stay again however, the most important things for me are cleanliness and convenience, and this hotel had both. I loved the cleaning staff, they were very considerate of my things, and always left the room sparkling!
