Best Western Hengfeng Hotel

Hotel was nice, with good sized rooms and nice bathroom. The location is both good and bad, firstly good in that it is opposite a big shopping plaza with many different restaurants to eat from and shops if you want to do some shopping. Bad in that is right on a big junction, Chinese drivers love using the horn and this makes for quite a noisy stay. My room was directly facing the road and the room was not very sound proof so it was like a carnival out there! To make things worse there were roadworks at this junction while is was staying with a big digger smashing holes in the road! It would be great if they could improve the windows/general soundproofing. Breakfast buffet was nice enough, with some toast etc. as well as lots of Chinese cuisine. The restaurant was also nice enough but a lot more expensive than eating out so I would recommend heading to the plaza unless you are feeling very tired. Other than that the hotel was fairly standard, clean rooms etc.
