498 reviewsHello! It’s now exactly one month since I stayed at the Regent Hong Kong hotel. I apologize for the late review, life's been busy lately. My colleagues and I stayed at this hotel from June 20–22, 2025, and I have to say, it was our first time visiting Hong Kong. We stayed in a Harbour View room, which offers a stunning view of Victoria Harbour and Central side. If you ever have the chance to stay here, the Harbour View rooms are absolutely worth it. The scenery is spectacular especially at night, when you can see the lights and colors from the Central side. You get a rare view right from your room, and it was truly something special. I absolutely loved it. The room was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with modern amenities, contrary to what one might expect just by looking at the exterior. You really wouldn't know how nice it is unless you've experienced staying there. The hotel itself is very conveniently located close to an MTR station and major attractions. You can walk to many spots without needing transportation. The hotel is right next to Victoria Harbour, so you’ll see that gorgeous waterfront everywhere you go, even while dining at the restaurants. Speaking of food, the hotel boasts several Michelin-starred restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. There’s even a famous The Steak House Restaurant. For anyone who wants to enjoy a meal while soaking in breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour, this place should not be missed. The hotel also connects directly to a shopping mall, where you can shop for designer brands, perfumes, and clothing, all without having to travel far. Super convenient. Now, the most important thing that made me and my friends fall in love with this hotel and with Hong Kong, itself was the incredible hotel staff. Their professionalism and heartfelt service were second to none. Everyone had a genuine service mindset and was exceptionally warm and welcoming. I’d like to personally recognize these staff members who made our stay unforgettable: Miss Lolita Wong, Senior Director of Sales – We had a chance to dine and tour the hotel with her. She’s impressively professional and knowledgeable. She showed us different room types, explained the hotel’s concept and features, and gave us great insights about Hong Kong. She's incredibly friendly and delightful. Mr. Tatsuki, Club Lounge Agent – So warm and friendly! He consistently checked in on us and chatted with us to keep our spirits up. A true service professional. We love him. Mr. Edward Wong, Club Lounge Agent – Took care of us every time we visited the Lounge. Super kind and helpful, and he gave us tons of local tips. He even saw us off at checkout. We absolutely adore and love him. Miss Carolina Patricia, Club Lounge Agent – We met her during the evenings. She was always smiling, approachable, and even warned us about ticketing for a tourist attraction we didn’t know about. She helped us immensely. I truly love, appreciate and admire her. Miss Pranita Gurung, Club Lounge Agent – She looked after us in the mornings during breakfast. Always attentive and asked if we needed anything. Miss Cheryl Chan, Club Lounge Agent – Welcomed us on our first day and helped us check in. She guided us to the Lounge and our room, explaining everything about room so clearly. Mr. Tony, Concierge – Gave excellent advice about places to visit and how to plan our itinerary efficiently. He helped us save travel time with great tips. Everyone we met at the hotel was outstanding, but these individuals made our experience extra special. A big thank you to them and to Regent Hong Kong for making our trip so smooth and enjoyable. I can confidently to say that you and Regent Hong Kong were key reasons why we fell in love with the city. If we hadn’t stayed here first, we might not have loved Hong Kong as much as we do now. For anyone planning a trip to Hong Kong and looking for a convenient and beautiful place to stay, Regent Hong Kong is my top recommendation. Thank you so much. Until next time!
