2 reviewsLocated on a busy street at a busy intersection within easy walking distance to all kinds of great main-street and backstreet restaurants and other businesses, and it has a taxi stand very close by. Typical rooms with the usual amenties but very clean, featuring mine-refrigerator, television, and Internet access. No mini bar. Free instant coffee mix and tea every day. Great big 9" shower heads and plenty of water pressure were very welcome. Bathroom also has a separate tap for filtered drinking water. The only on-site restaurant serves simple food for two hours at mid-day, but is a good value for the breakfast buffet, which features dozens of items and both indoor and outdoor seating. Front desk, cleaning, and buffet staff were all very friendly. A comfortable place. It's loud, though, if in a room facing the street, because Hefei has not enacted a prohibition on cars beeping horns (like they have done in Shanghai), and people beep crazily for about 20 hours per day. Price for a two-bed room is only in range of USD $45 per night - great value.
