The hotel is located centrally next To Harbin railway station and close to local amenities. It is clean , safe , has tea/coffee making facilities , a comfortable shower and slow wifi but there is one. Reception is located on 24th floor and the main issue we experienced was the lack of English spoken by reception staff. There was not even a basic map etc but it is cheap and certainly one of the better basic hotels I stayed in.
