Overall, a very nice stay during our 2 nights in Vienna. We travelled as a couple and asked for a double bed (we made reservation through booking), but we got a room with twin beds (room was 207) That was OK, since the check in was warm and welcoming and the room was quite big, and we where on vacations! Both receptionists (didn't get their names) were kind, warm and every time with a smile on their faces. So were the staff during breakfast and the housekeeping ladys. Breakfast was good and some of the products were handmade which added flavour to our morning. Location was also excellent, very close to the center and near a christmas market! Overall, a great stay, we'll definitely stay here again if we visit Vienna!
