Called booking.com to find a solution, and these people didn’t even answer the phone…

Avoid like the plague

It was nice and clean. It was comfortable and the people that own the place are very nice. I would definitely recommend even if you are just gonna stay for a few nights. Also very affordable prices. Next time I am In PA I will stay here.

Very nice

This establishment was centrally located in the heart of the amish heartland of Lancaster, PA. Any direction I went I was able to reach one of my favorite Amish businesses. I have been going to Lancaster for years. I had never stayed at this place before because they have a no pet policy. My dog passed in Feb. It was a very quiet and sound-proof room with brick walls on the outside. The room was clean. The heat is in the air conditioner unit. No heat was on when I came but if you turn it on for a couple hours while you're out and about it will be perfectly fine. There is no microwave and there wasn't alot of electrical outlets. The one by the beds had a broken chunk out of the prong hole that made it hard to charge my cellphone. It has wifi. I chose this motel because I could park right outside my room, for the reasonable price, the reviews and the location. There is a 24-hour Waffle House right down the road. The Sight & Sounds Theater is right across the street and Tanger Outlets are right down the road at the corner. I would return, again.

GREAT STAY FOR SHOPPING AMISH GREENHOUSES/THRIFT STORES/ DISCOUNT GROCERIES.

I stayed here for a girls weekend with three other people and it was a nice small motel.  If you are looking for something fancy you won't find it here.  This place is very close to sights, restaurants and activities.  It was a quiet place to stay.  The rooms were clean.  The only complaint I have is we never had anyone come to clean.  We had to visit the office to get our towels switched out.  Also, the room had no microwave but there was one in a room for ice and coffee.  Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Good place to stay if looking for something rustic

Upon arrival there were no towels floors not vacumed and people hanging out like a slum hotel. staff wanted to argue about lack of towels and came to see for themselves as if I stole them. The next mornings no coffee or breakfast of any type and I noticed bites on my legs and chest, BEDBUGS. They called me a lier, wouldnt change rooms or give refunds. Beware!!!

The staff were very pleasant. The motel is very quiet. The location is very good,fairly close to stores, fast food, etc.The room was clean, and the mattress was good. For the price, it was a good place to stay if you want a place that is affordable and you're happy with a basic but decent place to stay. 
Continental breakfast was also basic, but really, at this price, it would be unreasonable to expect something fancy.
I would stay here again.

Good basic lodging

Rooms small, but clean and cosy.  Beds comfortable, bathroom clean. A bit dated, and the advertised "breakfast" is a coffee pot and a few pastries - and there's no coffee maker in room.  A little expensive for what you get, but convenient for Lancaster County attractions.

A little better than just average.

If it wasn't for the flat screen TV in the room, you'd think you stepped back to the seventies. Our room greeted us with a musty aroma, slightly pealing wallpaper and a bathroom door that had to be forced closed. Other than these few age related things, it has it's plusses. The major plus is that it's located near restaurants, shopping and things to keep you busy. OH yeah, they have a nice pool. All said, if you are a white glove traveler, you might not like the Dutch Treat, but if you're like us and just want a place to unwind after a day of fun with the family, give it a try. The price was right.

Step back in time.

this place is where we stay when we visit Lancaster twice a year. It is reasonably located and clean and Quiet. Close to Sight and Sound And shopping. Several miles from the Strasburg railroad.. And train Measum..

mini vacation

This place is gross, spider webs with spiders, light over sink is so old it takes 3 minutes to warm up before it comes on. Big stain on ceiling. Smelled wierd. Bed was clean and comfortable, which would have been great but, Walls are paper thin, neighboring room was having a good time. I think they paid by the hour.....they were talking, giggling and other things till 2:30 a.m.
Couldn't find a any vacancy nearby since it was a Friday night or we would have left in middle of the night. 
It is near Sight and Sound theater, but please, travel a bit further for a much better place. Any place.
