This was our second stay at the Panguitch House. Both times we have stayed in Room 5 which is very spacious and comfortable. We chose to stay in Panguitch again because of its close proximity to Bryce Canyon (30 minutes away) and Zion, as well as serving as a gateway to Capitol Reef and Canyonlands national parks.

The breakfast served by Rod and Kim is exceptional and adds another special element to a stay. We would strongly recommend this B&B.

Best choice for a visit to Bryce Canyon

A clean, quiet place with an easy walk to restaurants or the market.  The room had a very comfortable bed, good shower, decent AC, mini-fridge with rare mini-freezer inside and a microwave.  The washer and dryer in the main area was a welcome surprise with a request for one load per stay.  Breakfast was excellent with a few options to choose.  Room #3 may get a little noise if someone is staying above, but not bad.  Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended.  Discount for cash if you choose to bring enough.

Excellent Stay

The rooms are well-furnished, cute, and cozy. The location is well-situated between Brian Head, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Parks. But most importantly, the hospitality of Kim and Rod (the owners) is fantastic. They have an efficient check-in and check-out system, ensure that you are taken care of, and provide ample and high-quality breakfast options. This is an excellent value, and I would highly recommend a stay.

Stay at the Panguitch House

This B&B was a perfect place to stay when visiting Bryce National Park. 30 min. drive to the park. We had our choice of room when booking and all the rooms were decorated so uniquely. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent - we even got special treatment due to a food allergy. Check in was easy even late in the evening; plenty of off road parking; friendly & helpful owners. 

This is a gem!

Absolutely love this place! Easy check-in, lovely hosts, cute, cute decor, fabulous breakfast, clean and comfortable room. We didn’t arrive until 7pm. A note on a rack in the lobby identified our room and asked us to make our breakfast choice. There were several to pick from. We chose veggie omelettes at 8:30. Our room was so cute and cozy. Great lighting and lots of places to sit things. The bed and bedding were great. Great water pressure in the shower. Our breakfast was hot, tasty and generous. When I dropped off our key our host asked about running our credit card and offered their cash discount (10%) which we happily took advantage of. Could not have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay!

Stayed in the adjacent annex outside of the main house, which sounded great with its own entrance.  However, road noise is an issue - while not a ton of traffic, big noisy semi's rumble through at all hours, the room was small and boxy, not much bigger than a basic roadside motel and really not much different than one. For winter stays, there is no breakfast provided which was okay as the rate is a lot lower. However the floor was absolutely freezing cold in the room where there wasn't mats or rugs, and the driveway hadn't been plowed of snow which made unloading and walking to the room treacherous. Might be a better experience during spring and summer, but ,keep driving in the winter. 

Gloried Motel Room - Skip this Place in Winter

We stayed here, based on TA recommendation. It serves no breakfast,  al least not in January. It also doesn't plow its driveway when there is 6 inches of snow on it. With 6 inches covering the driveway and parking lot,  we couldn't tell where parking was.   We got stuck in parking lot and the owners were no where to be found. In fact, never saw the owners at check in or check out.  Some sidewalks shoveled,  others not.   You get the feeling they really don't want your business in the winter. Okay, close then. 

Rooms are small, but nicely decorated. Heat was either blasting hot air continuously or off  .

Also, NOTHING is open in Panguitch in January,  restaurants,  stores,  nothing.

Breakfast less and snow plow less B&B

Just after I made my reservation, I received an email that hot breakfast isn’t offered off-season and that they would understand if I cancelled, without a cancellation fee. (Try getting that kind of personal service from a chain hotel). They offered an in-room light breakfast. There is free, off-street parking. The Inn is a beautiful old brick house. There was easy self check in. The rooms are all named, not numbered. The wooden door to my room had beautiful old hardware. And the room? It seemed like every where I looked was a new little treat. There is a sitting area to watch t.v., a dinette set, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot with coffee AND tea, silverware and dishes to use and promised snackies (minus the fruit). There is a ceiling fan, a heater and a place to hang up your clothes. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was offered in my bathroom. A make up removal wipe was by the vanity. The shower is expertly tiled. The bed is fabulously comfortable, with a comforter and pretty quilt. It is all tied together with Kim’s eye for detail and design. Love it!

This place is so stinkin’ cute, I want to move in.

A lovely B&B. Staff (who I assume are also the owners) are really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, the rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the proximity to Bryce makes this the perfect place for your stay. There are shops, places to eat and a gas station close by too.

A lovely B&B

Quaint and beautiful.   Close to everything (well, everything in Panguitch is close to everything else in Panguitch; it is a pretty small town).  The breakfast was outstanding, and our room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed.  The three-ring binder was a nice touch; it contained restaurant listings and reviews, maps, and general information about the area.
