Stayed here for a couple of nights. Sleeps 2 comfortable and can take 2 more on a sofa bed. Would not recommend staying on the sofa bed  though for more than a couple of nights. Location fantastic for both the beech and Ocean Drive. Price very good for the area as well. This is an apartment so that is all you get, but to be honest you don't want more than that. Saying that the apartment is very clean and well kept. Enjoy you stay we certainly did.

Spacious rooms, great location. Would have preferred daily toiletries as had to ask daily and also a better reception as had to follow instructions via a pre email. Other than that really enjoyed my stay

I recently stayed at first SoFi with another couple in a 2 bedroom apartment. THe location was great but definitely nothing fancy and a place Im not sure I would stay in again. There is no onsite parking...which is typical of south beach, but the staff had no knowledge of parking in the area...which seemed strange to me. We ended up paying 30 bux a night for a deck that was 4 blockes away. The Staff was very very unfriendly and not helpful at all...infact...other business was being conducted while I was trying to check in and I was given the finger and "shhh" sign while her personal business was finished up....ten minutes later..I discover the room isnt going to be ready for another hour. I was given the wrong room number as well. There is no pool..which I expected and no amenities..but as mentioned above...the location is good. The apartment itself was very nice....modern and clean...smelled musty but most first floor south beach places do. The bedrooms were nice and big beds and nice TVs. the kitchen had cups and ice but the coffee maker didnt work and even if it did we werent provided any special cofffee Kcups to make coffee...but problem for a coffee addict like me. The last bit is probably the most important fact....super super loud. Sounds like ppl are inside the apartment as they pass on the street and if you dont have all the curtians closed the street ppl can see straight inside your room. Overall it was a good location, clean, and losts of space, but no amenities, very unprofessional and rude staff, and noisy.

Good location but no frills

After staying in comfortable hotels on our trip in Florida, this apartment seemed lacklustre and extremely minimalist. However it was the location which sold it to us and we adjusted to our surroundings, especially as we would be out most of the day and evening

As I indicated, it was adequate. It was clean and fresh towels are provided daily. Curtains could be spruced up a bit as they were lacking several hooks and this made them sag and look tacky. Dishes in the kitchen were mis-matched  and although there is a dishwasher, no washing tablets/powder is provided. Neither is there washing up liquid. For 3 nights stay it didn't seem worth buying either as we could only buy large quantities and we ate out mostly. So rinsing out mugs with water was the order of the day. I hope they were properly cleaned before the next visiting guest.
One of the two shower rooms suffered from water damage and a chunk of the ceiling plaster was in the shower when we arrived. Although we reported it and were told it would be fixed, it still wasn't after three days.
Wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Plus side:   Great location close to the beautiful beach and nearby Art Deco district with wonderful buildings lit up at night. A very lively area at night and worth seeing, although the bars and restaurants here were pricey.
Good public transportation into Miami once we found it.

Adequate accommodation but won't be returning

Very loud and Noisy as if you are sleeping on the street, Shower with half a door, uncomfortable bed, lost electricity and had no backup generator so we sweated through the AM, showering in the dark, couldn't use kitchen.  Tried to get refund thru Booking.com and no compensation.  Very bad experience.
