Been there last year for Christmass and we were treated so special and for a reasonable price. Very clean and spacious. Would go back there anytime. They are so nice to you that when I forgot my key in a restaurant, they opened the door for me and helped me get what I needed. I recommend it.

Only stayed for 1 night but the conditions were great. Clean cosy room with a small TV. 

We had a shared kitchen and a nice terrace where you could eat,  drink,  party. There are some parking spaces but I don't think it's enough for a full house. 

Price per night was low given other comodations in the area. 

I have been accomodated for three nights. A very nice place, in a quiet area very close to the city center. The room is spatious and clean. The kitchen provides all amenities you might need to prepare something to eat. As a part of a larger group we  were very well welcomed here by the owners. I recommend this place as value for money.

It's a nice place for a short time period and if you like a vintage look. It doesn't have air conditioning, but it's ok because over the night it's not too hot due to the mountains. There is almost 2 km away from the Bear lake. The place is not too good if you are a light sleeper because you can easily hear what is happening outside or in the other rooms. Small towels and I think is expensive only because is relatively close to the lake.

A pleasent place to stay

Great experience

Pro:

-cheap

-pretty close to the city center
- very nice owner

Cons:

-smelly kitchen
- in 3 days we did not get clean towels nor clean sheets
- the bed is really hard you can barely sleep on it
- you can hear all what is happening in the other rooms since the walls are very thin (i could hear the people in the room next to me snoring and talking, plus those sitting at the first floor walking and talking)


Cheap ....and that's it

Small hostel. Not very clean sheets. Towels as small as a handkerchief. Water was not that warm. No breakfasta included. No showergel or shampoo provided. They did provide heat during the nights. Host are pretty nice but they speak 99% hungarian.....
