The location is ideal but the apartment leaves much to be desired in terms of accommodation and hygiene: 1-the saunas were not clean (obvious stains) and can be considered as a very serious lack 2- no check-in, keys in a buzzard and you have to call. 3- there is an air conditioning device but no control so that you do not consume. 4-the toilet is small and without facilities, shower pads are drained, water with drops and pressure drops that soak all the floor and above all a lot of dirt. 5-the floor is decorated with stains and insects.

Very deficient although ideal location.

With the intention of saving up, having only two days to visit the wonderful Bucharest, we opted for an apartment in the center! Excellent choice! base apartment, but in some features even better than other apartments that looked better from the outside! Fantastic location! You can visit and appreciate Bucharest in all its beauty on foot and, moreover, very close to the Bus Stop of bus 783 to and from the airport! Located in one of the main streets of the Romanian capital! The only slightly negative aspect is perhaps the exterior condition of the building, which requires an important renovation. For those who want to optimize the times by being in the center, having basic services and enjoying the city, and who would consider the supermarket a place to spend the night, I would only advise the supermarket.

Renting in the center with about 10 euros per person!

We didn't spend much time in the apartment, but the little we were there I can say was clean and comfortable. There was a shared kitchen and living room with basic appliances. We were charged an extra 2 or 3 euros/day for the air conditioning. The bathroom was in the middle of renovation and the bathroom tiles were up, but we didn't care much for what we had paid. Very central and two minutes from an entire area of restaurants, bars and the old area of Bucharest, in my opinion the most beautiful.

Clean, centric and cheap.

It was as it is stated. Very central location. However an old building. There is not a reception. And the gentlemen responsible from the building does not know English. And not bothered to be helpful (however no problem with that if you see him you will think the same) I only contacted the renter via email or whatsup. No problems. The room is a bit depressingly styled but price is very acceptable. So it just served the purpose no problems.

Just in the middle of old town on Victorei

The apartment is in a very old block of flats, mostly residential. 
To get to the apartment is via a very very old wooden elevator or climbing the stairs ( no lights on two floors ) 
Inside the apartment is shared with three rooms - there is a big central living room area and a shared kitchen . Inside your own personal space was a fairly big bedroom and bathroom. Very cheaply and sparsly furnished however quite practical as well.

The shower had a broken hook so you had to hold the spray !
The water came up through the water vent in the floor so beware and don't put your clothes there !

The apartment was really cosy and the location was superb in the old town and within walking distance of everything.
You do have to call the owner with a time of arrival and despite the fact I'd emailed him and he acknowledged time of arrival he wasn't there when we got there and I had to call again and wait 20 mins for him to come .

So it's a fine place for very little money but don't expect any frills !
