Very clean rooms with a splendid view over the Bucegi mountains. 
Extremely nice personnel , delicious food with a good selection of wines. 

The location is wonderful and it offers a lot of tracking and mountain biking options starting from the hotel. 

Will come again !  

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our walking holiday in Romania . The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The service was first class and the food extremely tasty. Particular mention is needed for the owner who went out of his way to ensure all our needs were catered for , including moving furniture to cater for the afternoon sun.😎. 

We loved this hotel. It is welcoming, comfortable, and in the most beautiful location imaginable in Pestera in the hills above Bran. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Do, please, ignore reviews that criticize the food.  We found the dining was excellent. (although I appreciate Romanian cuisine is not to everyone's taste). It is about 15 minutes drive from the bedlam that is Bran and you'll really welcome the tranquility, the views, and the hiking trails. You'll need a car- and ignore Google Maps which doesn't know about the easy tarmac road from Moeciu de Jos, sending you instead up a hazardous track from Magura. We changed our booking at the last minute from a Bran hotel, and we were really pleased we did. This is an oasis of calm. A lovely hotel.

The hotel is very nice, clean rooms, friendly staff. The views are amazing, great for walking, mountain biking.
The food is great and vegetarian friendly. 
Is a good place to relax, but also to explore, for family, couples. 


Big, clean rooms with balconies, super friendly and attentive staff and walking distance to incredible trails. We had a wonderful stay and especially appreciated the basket of wine and cheese prepared for us for our hike. The sauna was very nice too, it felt like brand new. I was here with my wife and we spent five wonderful days. The place has a magnific view over Moeciu-Bran valley. It is a family owned business who are very open, friendly people. Here you can find the peace you are looking for. It is also a good start point for hiking in the National Park "Piatra Craiului". The location is very clean, the food is tasty. You must try their specialities, and do not miss the famous and unique "Biftec Tartar", the best we ever tasted. The Staff is always ready to satisfy any request, always smiling and full of joy. For rainy days, you can easily try the table tennis and billiards.

Great and clean place, nice people and you have to try the house drink, made out of elderflower. The syrup is made by them.
The view is perfect, taken from a fairytale.

Great view, comfy large room but the bathroom was cramped. Absolutely amazing view from the room and from the restaurant terrace.

Beds were 6/10 (I am a picky sleeper) but we were tired from hiking so I was able to get some decent sleep.

The staff was accommodating and polite. The restaurant is more expensive than alternatives in the area and the food can be hit or miss. My recommendation is to try the most traditional options (ciorbă/tocăniță/pastramă) and stay away from the fine dining-ish items from the menu.

My wife I were first introduced to Nobillis when we first moved to Bucharest in 2008.  Getting there wasn't half the fun -- the highway towards Ploiesti was then under construction and travel on it was an "adventure" -- but we found the journey to definitely be worth it.  A four star boutique hotel, Nobiliis is situated in the hills outside Bran with exceptional views of the surrounding fields, valleys and mountains.  We were delighted by our experience then, repeated it many times thereafter including a particularly special visit one Christmas which included a gala dinner and songs from a village choir.  

After an eight-year absence I've had the exceptional good fortune to return to Bucharest and we just completed a holiday weekend at Nobillis.  We were not disappointed.  The facility remains top notch, service is attentive and the kitchen is still top notch.   One caveat, though -- summer months can be warm, even in the mountains, and the bedroom can be rather too warm without a fan.

The restaurant was empty at lunch time Saturday.
The food was OK, not exceptional, but the prices higher as in top restaurant in center of Brasov.
The view is fantastic and the access quite easy from Moeciu.
The service was kind.
