We have arrived there at 23 o'clock, very tired after a long road. After we went to the room we noticed that some buttons from the AC remote were missing and we couldn't set the remote to cooling mode. We requested another remote or another room where the remote works properly. All the ac remotes at the reception had the same problem. The hotel employee couldn't care less about our problem so we left. We basically didn't have any cooling in the room, just wind. It is a pleasure to look for hotels at that hour, when you are tired.

Horrible.

Very clean, good food, a nice place with qualified staff, a free private car park where you can leave your car, plenty of breakfast, very large, very friendly and welcoming staff, we stop to rest.

Clean hotel and clean rooms. Warm rooms over the night. Helpful staff. Good 3,5/5 breakfast but could be better.
Not the best location if you want to stay near the city center but good location for transit.

Great reception, clean rooms, spacious and well-maintained parking, friendly staff, good cuisine. The only thing is the lack of an automatic coffee distributor since breakfast is served from 07:30 and many guests are in transit so they leave very early and before the restaurant opens.

Transit vessels

The hotel is clean, relatively modern and at least my room was very large with a huge bathroom including a corner bath and shower with waterfall. Unfortunately neither the shower nor the air conditioning worked. The room was not cleaned during the day. The restaurant is okay, but only moderately tasty. The service was relatively boring and moderately friendly. Only the staff at the reception was very friendly. Large parking space available for free, even if only with hay.

Average for low price

We were asking for the timetable of the tram that is running in front of the door. Our question was at what time runs the next tram. And the unfriendly answer of the staff was "I don't know, I am working in this hotel not at the tram." How is such a behaviour possible? We were really shocked!

Modern hotel well-kept restaurant food good personal cordial even if not multilingual, the only experience for me negative but perhaps x other pleasant is the room temperature too high.

Cleanliness and courtesy

We stayed there for one night. The hotel is easily reachabel, in a quiet location. The rooms are nice furbished, lots of tv stations, warm and cosy. The breakfast is not very good, the scrbled eggs were cold, the meat selection of poor quality. I would recommend for transit or just a place to have a nap. Decent price (40€/night, breakfast included, 2 people)

Transit hotel

A very good hotel to stay, clean with the biggest room for the price I paid, but I think was the apartment. The only thing I didn't like, was the color of the room, but I think is an opinion matter. The bad was big an comfortable. The restaurant serves good food and the staff is very capable. For sure I will return, next time in the city.

The best price/quality ratio

I come to Arad often and honestly this hotel is great. Extreme cleanliness, hospitality and kindness, great breakfast. Well served because it's right in front of the tram, supermarket and not far from downtown. I'll be back soon.
