This was my first stay in the Netherlands. I was supposed to attend an event that got cancelled a few d ys prior to my coming over anI am glad I came anyway. What a comfy hotel and nice staff!! Very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. I enjoyed the area and I hope to come back soon.

A lovely holiday

Price of hotel stay for 2 pax is €35 per night, room only. The 2 single beds are narrow but comfortable. A number of smaller items are not very well thought of for example the bathroom door does not close. The room itself is also quite old, drafty at the windows but heating does work. Ok hotel for a quick one night stay for this price. 

Ok hotel for the price advertised 

It is a charming small hotel which provides everything that is needed for a night over. It is next to a busier road but it’s not disturbing at all. 

It is close to some restaurants, a groceries store and shops.

I had dinner at the restaurant, it was delicious. Breakfast is simple but delicious as well. 

The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all charming.

Perfect for a night over

Lovely town, we were just passing through on our way elsewhere so only stayed one night. 
Hotel itself a bit disappointing.

Rooms badly lit as well as being hot and stuffy. 
Beds and pillows uncomfortable.
Couldn’t open curtains for light or windows for air due to lack of both privacy & security. 
The one bright light was the one outside our door on a sensor, it went on and off continuously, shining under the door when we were trying to sleep and the room next door were coming & going late. 
Bathroom was a good size but oddly the shower was tiny. 
It might seem a strange complaint but the 3 doors into the area where our room was were extremely heavy, hard to get luggage through and one slammed on my arm. 
It seems a bit cheap to only get one towel each, but maybe that’s common in Europe? 
The buffet breakfast was very nice. 
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.


Overnight stay, last minute booking 

Small hotel in Beekbergen, south of Apeldoorn. Parking in front. 
The room was oke. Not everything was well cleaned. The bathroom was way to small; been to campsite bathrooms with more space. Take a shower and everything drifts in the little room. Bad lights. Bar closed at 22; after request at 23 o’clock. Breakfast ok. 

The campsite bathroom is larger

We were lucky enough to have a terraced room, a basic but decent bathroom, a small but fresh lunch buffet, a very good restaurant and a variety of meals, easy and free parking.

Familial but well

I enjoyed my stay as the hotel.
Rooms were clean, room service everyday. Both the manager and the rest of the hotel stuff were very helpful and answered all questions.Breakfasts were tasty, however there could be some variety of then, no the same everyday.
All in all, it was a great stay!

It was great

a very good location in a village close a "big city"; clean room with clean bathroom; good breakfast and perfect dinner; outstanding staff. the city was easy to get to because of public transport just around the corner.

Good hotel, restaurant (not tested), ideal for a trip to this small town.

Hotel for one night

We stayed in this building for 4 days. The place looked nice and the proximity to Apeldoorn made us make this choice. But we start with the problems that just came, they assigned us a room on the second floor and to get there you have to do two very steep steps on foot, there is no elevator. So you have to stick your luggage and climb up (that's the exact word) to get to the top. The bathroom door is glass and it doesn't guarantee the right privacy. The bedroom door is drums made of wood and when people pass through the hall it looks like they have it in the room. The beds are good and the room is spacious, the bathroom has a small kit but it's new. No tea and no wine. You don't seem to be eating at the dining room because you're paying too much for the next door, and we have a restaurant with two hundred and twenty-two euros and a restaurant where we eat a lot.
