We booked three months in advance because we were having an event, and at the moment we are told that there is no reservation and that they have no dates. Bad organization. We were informed that they had a wedding on the weekend and gave preference to the people at that wedding versus those we booked before and to inform us nothing.

Be careful, they don't respect the reservations.

Disappointed Everything is to be done again. Attention if you have two people. No breakfast service. Shame the place is not bad. No hot water in the evening.

The receptionist since we talked about booking was very hostile. arriving was rude as if we were really going to treat the tourist in the midst of the pandemic... returning to the room at night we had to ask for help with the air conditioning as the control did not work, we were told that it was not useful. They had to change our room. The next morning we had cockroaches on the floor and bugs between the saunas. We would never really return! by delivering the keys we discussed the incidents and the truth that the treatment leaves much to be desired, the staff very rude. NO RECOMMENDATION FOR ANYTHING FOR THIS HOTEL.

The hotel meets the essentials although it is not what one expected but we went one night, the facilities are unfinished or the pool is well under construction and its restaurant meets the essentials in general well.

I went to spend two nights because I was going to a wedding near the hotel... it's generally clean but in the room we found a pretty big night mariposa and a whisk in the bathroom... although you could see that they didn't do it well because the same brand on the dirt floor that I had was still in the same place... let's say they did the basic stuff (making beds, taking out trash, putting paper and towels).

It's supposed to be an eco-friendly place and with this pretext they tell you that you give 15-minute warnings when you want to bathe so that they take the boiler after complaining that no hot water came out 20 minutes later and waste a lot of water because they tell you that you let run so that the hot water comes in that has to go through all the rooms to get to the 'Where is the eco-friendly' pipe NO we get a lot 3 minutes of warm water NO we wish anyone so bad experience

A hotel away from the city, little security, the area is nice but its facilities lack maintenance, bathrooms very careless, you have to look for reception staff because it is not in their place, the bed is acceptable, it has a television quite small and very far away, so if you fail the sight do not forget your lenses, no board, hair dryer, in my opinion would not return.

They don't accept cards, the payment is only cash and at the time of registration, to be able to bathe they ask you to notify them 15 minutes in advance so that you can have hot water. They ask you for a deposit for the remote control of the air conditioner, and for the remote control of the TV even if the TV didn't work, the staff who are at night if you ask for something make allusions to tips for any action taken. They listen to ALL what is happening in the rooms next to it. The hot tub (jacuzzi), was dirty, we also found a spider the size of a 25 cent coin, and a red spider in the mouths of the water chorus. I can't comment on their opinion since after finding this, we didn't want to use anything.

I arrived at the hotel on Saturday afternoon to attend an event that same day at night. I found a quiet place, no mosquitoes and with an acceptable cleanliness. Rooms with air conditioning, hot water and pay TV. We were very lucky that that weekend was not rented out to host an event so, although the rooms were 100% occupied people used the stopover hotel for their events in the same area. Generally couples without ninos but I went with my two little ones who really enjoy the pool. Everything is very well, the service is acceptable on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays because the staff leaves early.

Convenient if you are going to party in Xochiltepec, bad idea if you plan to prolong your stay.
