The price they offer is VAT-free (if you travel for work if you charge on time). It has a terrace. The treatment of the owners is very friendly and attentive, however the treatment of the employees can improve (they look like the owners) on the last day we waited our Uber had the things ready on one side of the door, and the cow in the literal turn ran to us saying that we waited outside because it had to close.

Well by price and location.

My kitten came in under the bed and came out super dirty (of course they charge a supplement not mentioned in booking for carrying a pet). They never cleaned under the bed. It was exaggerated. The noises from the next room (all) came into our room and the smell too. The room has a mosquito net above the door through which everything is filtered. The shower has a tube but no curtain and the water salts everything. We didn't have towels when we got to the room and the bathroom without ventilation. There is no parking nearby. Very well located two blocks from the main avenue (Madriday).

Good location and nothing more.

The place is large and pretty, but it's a little dirty and sloppy, the attention of Edwin, the one at the counter, is good, kind and good. Advice on places to visit in the city. It's important that you mention the fee of 50 pesos for carrying pets, even though the owner who lives there has two puppies.

Well, for the price.

It's kind of a large old house, with a very local style, very nice. It has a beautiful dining room and a lovely terrace. The rooms are comfortable and bright. The attention was very good and in fact I had a problem and needed to change rooms and the lady of the house (I can't remember her name), she was super kind, understood the problem perfectly and solved it the best way possible. Plus there are two lovely puppies! The location, about five blocks from the Cathedral, is excellent too.

The rooms are very well decorated and the house is very beautiful. Let's return to Morelia and we will stay again in Casa Castillo.

Very nice house which is well located on a quiet street a few steps from the city centre. The square, rooms and terrace were very clean and welcoming. However, the showers leave a little to be desired, especially due to the lack of hot water. Also, breakfast was a little too thin compared to what I've seen in other hostels. However, lunch is negligible if you highlight that the place is very well maintained and the house is well cared for. In addition, our guests made us feel comfortable during our visit to the beautiful city of Morelia. I want to thank Claudia in particular who made the difference with her smile and always irresistible service.
